Double back bedroom in a homely oasis close to Manchester's centre. The house is full of plants, maps & books, plus a woodburner, 2 cats... & 1 friendly human. It's in a diverse inner-city neighbourhood just 2 miles from the city centre & close to frequent buses into town (15mins) & to airport. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for simple meals and a help-yourself breakfast is included. My cats have big, friendly personalities. If you're not a cat fan, this may not be the place for you!

Step back in time to 1672 with a romantic stay at Hawthorn Cottage. This thatched cottage is a true gem, with its original low beamed ceilings, inglenook fireplace, and cranked staircase. The cottage offers all modern amenities, including private access, underfloor heating, a fully fitted kitchen, and a bathroom with bathtub. Outside you are surrounded by countryside, with an enclosed garden at your disposal and your very own hot tub, which promises to be a relaxing and indulgent experience.

Elton Guest House Family Suite

Elton Guest House is a former farm house lovingly restored by the current owner. Close to Matlock and Bakewell and attractions such as Chatsworth House. The grounds feature ample parking in our cobbled courtyard and an old lamp post and water pump on the frontage. The family suite consists of two bedrooms, one large bed sitter with a double and twin beds and a separate twin room and en suite bathroom. Breakfast is included in the price. But you really don't need to drive anywhere if you just want to chill out, as there are lots of things to do nearby.

You have your own private bathroom, with a large walk in shower & roll top bath. There is great walking, running, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, climbing & golf all on our doorstep with good views from the house of Bamford Edge, Win Hill & Shatton Moor. The cottage comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, sitting room and bathroom with a large bath and shower. We are ideally situated on the Chatsworth Estate within the Peak District, close to Chatsworth House itself, Haddon Hall, Bakewell, Eyam, Matlock, Castleton, Buxton and Sheffield.

Holly is a one double bedroom caravan situated in a quiet location within our grounds. It has a kitchen, lounge and dining room area and a bathroom. The caravan is now fully central heated throughout with an additional gas fire in the lounge area. Our on-line booking facility is set for arrivals on Mondays (minimum stay 4 nights) & Fridays (minimum stay 3 nights).
