Lower Mallard cottage, hot-tub & spa options

Mallard is a traditional underdwelling with wonderful original features including beams and barrelled ceilings. It is tucked away high above the river, reached directly by a path and has a lovely view from its own garden to the sheltered woodland beyond. The private hot-tub is available for an additional cost. Exclusive use of the owners off-site private spa - indoor heated swimming pool, spa bath, sauna & outside Swimspa is also available for an additional charge, subject to availability.

What used to be an old working farm has now been turned into its own little holiday village. Guests will enjoy the home comforts of open plan ground floor, consisting of fully equipped kitchen, dining & lounge area and the first floor has two bedrooms one en-suite & a separate family bathroom. Within walking distance of the popular Carsington Water. Dog friendly accepting 2 x dogs, a fee of £25.00 per dog is payable (not included in price). Pool may be available outside these months by request for adults who enjoy cold water swimming/dipping. The Full sized snooker table is available for adults only.
