Lutz and his wife were great and helpful. We were allowed to safely lock our gravel bikes in the garden house and the accommodation was perfect. We'd love to come back on the next tour.

Everything was as described. Very pleasant communication and proactive (e.g. extra high chair provided). Always happy and a recommendation, especially in warm temperatures, as the apartment was very pleasantly cool at over 30 degrees (basement)

Super nice apartment. Everything super clean and tastefully furnished. We felt right at home. Communication was great. Got all the info we needed and were even allowed to sleep in longer on check-out day. Unrestricted recommendation if you are in Ahrweiler. It was a pleasure to stay on this apartment. They took care of us very well and even advised that every supermarket would be close on our arrival date, so they went to buy some groceries for dinner and breakfast the day before. The home was very clean and beautiful. We will come back on our next trip to the 24h of Nürburgring.

We enjoyed it very much. The apartment was always nice and cool despite very hot outside temperatures, as it is located in the basement. At the same time, direct access to the terrace. Apartment was very clean and super equipped. Lots of space. The landlords were very friendly. The surroundings are super nice, lots of great restaurants in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler. Great area for hiking. Highly recommend =)

We had a fantastic stay! The location is not only beautiful but there is so much to do and see and great restaurants right in the area! It’s very walkable but quieter at night than other city areas. The place was spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this place for a family!

I was professionally accommodated at Marita and very grateful for the consideration, as I work the night shift and need a quiet and dark accommodation during the day to be able to sleep. The apartment is ideal for this, as it remains cool despite very warm temperatures, can be completely darkened and both the surroundings and Marita and her husband are very quiet. The apartment was sparkling clean and equipped with everything you need. I felt very comfortable and am glad to have had the experience. Thank you 😊

This is my most beautiful Airbnb in my years of airbnb experience. A beautiful old German house, castle in the background, beautiful garden with private terrace, free parking, super friendly welcome and explanation. And a beautiful price ( including sauna). 100 percent recommended!!!
