Located in the center, you can reach the main square as well as the hip Lendplatz in 5 minutes on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. The tram and bus stop are 2 minutes away, and you can reach the main train station in 10 minutes. In the middle of life, the accommodation is nevertheless quietly located and invites you to live and/or work.

The duplex penthouse apartment is located on the 1st floor of the residential building and has about 75 m² of net living space with 3 rooms. In addition, the penthouse apartment scores with a spacious roof terrace with about 40 m². Parking facilities including an electric charging station are also available. The penthouse is located in one of the most busy streets in Graz - Kärntner Straße - in front of Seiersberg. Shopping is very close.

From this centrally located place, you can reach all the important places in southern and eastern Styria, Graz and Slovenia in about 20 minutes by car.
