We rent out our modern, cozy 100 m² apartment at the fruit market, the historic city center of Bolzano. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a large living area with open kitchen. The furnishings are new and modern. Thick wooden beams on the ceiling and the noble wooden floor bring coziness. The terrace with the green flat roof is ideal for a glass of wine on mild warm summer nights or a mulled wine in winter. Private parking is also included with the apartment.

The cozy apartment was newly built in 2022 and is located in the beautiful wine village of Girlan (Cornaiano). After a short walk (5 min) you will reach the village center with grocery stores, restaurants and a bus connection. It is only a few minutes by car from the Monticolo Lakes or Lake Caldaro. The state capital of Bolzano is also only 18 minutes by car. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.

Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Adige Valley, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.

In the winter it is well positioned for the famous Dolomite Super Ski area, offering hundreds of kilometres of skiing.
