On the ground floor of our house, our entrances are opposite: you are quiet, but we are there if necessary. Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

From the swimming pool you have a beautiful view of the Drome valley. Enjoy the surroundings to hike, swim, read or rest. The 30m2 studio has a double bed in the living room and a single extra bed on the mezzanine accessible by a ladder. From the house you can directly access multiple beautiful hiking trails.

The tiny house is located on the edge of a one-hectare field, in the middle of a wine-growing and agricultural land cultivated organically with the Diois mountains as a backdrop. It's a secluded and natural farmhouse. The river is a 5-10 minute walk, by small wild trails, crossing the Natura 2000 area. The lucky ones will be able to observe beavers, kingfishers, and yellow wagtails. This maisonette is intended for nature lovers, looking for a quiet and wild corner.

In the heart of the historic center of Die, this charming 75 m2 apartment with terrace benefiting from a south-facing exposure is ideally located in a quiet area. Close to all amenities, you will find 50 m away, parking spaces, the city center, bakeries, cheese shop, cafes, restaurants, press... as well as the market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an old building that was used as a library.

Located on the ground floor, this accommodation is perfect for a quiet stay. Indeed, just 5 minutes from the city center by bike (on loan with basket and padlock), on the edge of the forest, the house is located in an exceptional natural environment, with unobstructed views of Die and its mountains! We will be happy to meet you and advise you on the various activities in the area (swimming, hiking from our home... etc.).

Head in the clouds and feet in the water

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
