Lovely cottage for a week away with our toddler. Beautiful quiet park and wooded area. The garden of the cottage offers all kinds of nice playgrounds for children, so you can sit quietly as a parent.

A great and clean house in a quiet neighborhood. With 8 people, we got along with the rooms and bathroom spaces. Pool was in our satisfaction!

The accommodation has everything you need. Top kitchen. Clean bathrooms. Incredibly spacious (there were four of us). The location is great. Within 30 minutes you have harbor flair, big city (Amsterdam), Zandfoort and Haarlem (you have to see both) and of course the super beach about 500 meters wide. All in the nature reserve of the dunes. All of this can be explored excellently by bike (Komootapp helps a lot) Supermarkets, restaurants, etc. are within a maximum of 10 minutes. I'm sure we'll be back.

We had a great time in the tastefully furnished accommodation. Everything was very clean and well maintained. In particular, the kitchen equipment was great and we didn't miss anything. We immediately felt very comfortable and the hot tub was the absolute highlight.

Nice, quiet stay in nature. Great to unwind and enjoy a little wellness. Sauna and Whirlpool worked well and the introduction from Peter was easy to understand and follow. There s bikes to lend at any time, the vacation home is conveniently located close to Putten. Thanks a lot for a relaxing stay.

Our host was incredibly nice and reactive. We definitely recommend her and her amazing house on the lac. The views and nature are stunning. We had so many beautiful activities (boat with a licence, free kayac, Gouda visits and museum, walks and bykes, restaurants). Clearly I have fallen in love with the region

The house is idyllically located on an island strip and can be reached by boat. Bas introduced us to everything uncomplicated and relaxed and we had a very nice holiday in the house

If you’re looking for a quiet and welcoming place to stay, this is the perfect spot. The four of us really enjoyed our time here. Peter-Jan gave us a warm welcome upon arrival and shared some helpful tips. While the routes along the canals make the journeys a bit longer, the travel time to Utrecht or Amsterdam is absolutely reasonable. We’d be happy to come back!

Lester was an an excellent host- responsive and a good source of current events happening at the time of our stay. The Apt was very clean and stylish; the kitchen had a dishwasher and washer /dryer which was very useful and the location, on one of the canals, was just on the cusp of the old city and close to transportation hubs for bus/trams/trains for many many different spots. We'd rent it again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful time at Anthony’s apartment. The location is fantastic - very walkable to many attractions and restaurants but on a peaceful and quiet street. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was nice and dark - great for jet lag. We didn’t make use of the kitchen or outdoor space, but that was nice as well. Anthony and Zino were very responsive and gave lots of good suggestions for local restaurants and cafes. We would absolutely stay here again.

Plenty of room, quiet neighborhood. The M5 bus made our commute to Train then Amsterdam easier. (Approx 1 hour). Loved the 2 free bikes available for us to use. The sauna was a lovely bonus to use at night to relax. Moniek’s was resourceful and actively answering our questions. Alot of gadget in the house, no cable on TV so it was hard for my elderly parents to figure out how to use an intelligent tv with Netflix and all but we managed differently. Area was really nice close to the house but Almere centrum gets a bit suspicious at night so be aware to not be a women alone at night coming back -even locals fidy not recommended.

We loved our stay at Joan’s place. The house is spacious and the setting on the canal is beautiful. It was very quick to drive to the highway from there too so it was a great base to explore other cities in the Netherlands.

Bart and Bernadette were super nice. The studio is perfect for two people, and the area is charming, quiet and very beautiful. Well connected to the center. We really liked our stay, and we would definitely come back.

Great house exactly as shown! It takes about an hour to get to Amsterdam (walking/public transport), so be aware of that. However, we enjoyed having a place outside of the city to relax and had no problem getting in and out of the city. Such a beautiful place. Stephanie was helpful and responded quickly.

We had a great stay at Martine’s place, it was a lovely home and had everything we needed. Excellent location with easy transport links to the centre. Martine was an excellent host with great communication.

Erik and Sandra’s home is lovely and perfect for families and big groups. It is well-located apx. 15-20 minute drive from the city Centrum). We had a great experience right from the check-in process to communicating with the hosts. Erik was super responsive and warm in welcoming us into their home.

Very charming and stylish cottage in a converted barn. Nicely located in the quiet village of Ilpendam, from which you can get to Amsterdam by bus in 15 minutes. Ideal for our short trip. Very well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. Nice and relaxed hosts.

The location of the house is very peaceful, in a very quiet place. A perfect place to relax. It is necessary to have your own car. Everything is as in the pictures. The host is polite.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jelke's place. The apartment is just as good as in the pictures - maybe even better. All the furnishings, kitchen equipments etc were spotlessly clean and ready to use. Jelke herself was an extremely responsive host and gave detailed and precise answers to all our questions. The town of Weesp is a beautiful place ringed with canals which impart a great sense of calm and serenity. Both the supermarkets are just a few meters down the road and the train station is just a 10 minutes walk away. As regards the staircase leading to the bedroom we were able to manage it quite easily though my wife and I are both senior citizens - so nothing to worry about. We would definitely stay with Jelke again given the opportunity.

This was a beautiful stay for us! The location was a great quiet escape from Centraal Amsterdam, but easily accessible. Hannah was a very nice host and we would happily stay there again!
