Im Winter bietet das Haus einen idealen Einstieg direkt mit Skiern vom Haus auf die Pisten, in das sich weit erstreckende Skigebiet rund um den Hochkönig. Die Sauna lädt zum durchatmen und entspannen im Warmen ein. Im Sommer könnt ihr Euch an zahlreichen Wanderwegen, Klettersteigen und Almen rundherum erfreuen.

A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

The "Lili" apartment is located in Mühlbach am Höckönig, Austria, halfway between Salzburg and Zell am See. Here you can relax in a quiet and peaceful environment. The neighborhood is a paradise for skiers in winter and hikers in summer. The apartment sleeps 4 people, so it is ideal for families (2 adults+2 children). However, the space may be limited for 4 adults, please take this into account when booking!

A charming cottage in a Troadkasten look with modern amenities in Alpine style overlooking a beautiful orchard is at your disposal. The 100% wooden house offers every luxury despite minimalist space. The house is in a good location in the top skiing and hiking area of St. Johann im Pongau/Alpine village. The crackling of the wood-burning stove and the processing of old wood offers an alpine feeling.
