Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. 1-room apartment in new building as an annex apartment with separate entrance. It is very central, right in the heart of Diepholz. The train station is only about 15 minutes' walk. Also the indoor pool and the school center with the private university are just a few steps away. The apartment has a living/bedroom, with a box spring bed (160 x 200) and direct access to the terrace, walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen with small dining area. Excursion destinations: Dümmer (about 11 km by bike) Dammer and Stemweder mountains

Apartment in Damme

The apartment is located in a new development area near the center of Damme. Stores, restaurants, cinema etc. are within walking distance. In the Damme mountains you can go for a nice walk, ride a bicycle or mountain bike and enjoy nature. The area offers several excursion destinations (e.g. Dümmer See). Construction work is currently underway in the new development area. Therefore, there may be construction noise during the week and possibly also on Saturdays (especially with open windows).

There is plenty of space to linger in the large garden. Play facilities for children. Chickens, 2 cats Minka and Fridolin and our Labrador dog Lotta. Pappelheim

In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

In the Gartenstadt district you will find our newly renovated, high-quality furnished 75 m² apartment. Bathroom with open shower and storage room, living-dining room and kitchen that was built to measure. In the cozy bedroom, a box-spring bed and sofa bed invite you to relax. Guest toilet and cloakroom are also provided. The apartment is fully equipped with electric blinds. Smart TV (55 inches) with cable connection and Netflix available.

If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.
