Our bright 3-room attic apartment is located in a rural area, but offers several shopping opportunities within a 2-5 min walk. The Swiss border is only a 5 min drive from the apartment. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms and a large living, dining and kitchen area. The apartment has its own balcony as well as a beautiful view from the skylight. Included are free parking, a washing machine and fast internet. Furthermore we offer our guests free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney+!

Public transport is just a 3 minute walk away with frequent connections in all directions. The apartment has two lovely balconies for relaxation after an exciting day in the city. The city center can be reached within 10 minutes with the tram or by walking and the lake and other sights are within easy reach by public transport or by foot. Welcome home!

This unique apartment not only is a one bedroom flat, but it has a nice, quite big kitchen with a breakfast table, a private garden with another table to enjoy some quiet moments or hosting guests. Guests have their own toilet as you have your master en-suite bathroom with a double-bathtub, a separate rainfall shower, toilet, wash machine and dryer. In-between your bedroom and bathroom, there is a dressing room with closets and access to your own storage space, e.g. for your suitcases.

Located within the Oerlikon district of Zurich, the apartment offers two loggias & a garden view. The apartment is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking and cycling. The apartment features a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, an oven and a bathroom with a shower. The new apartment building is 10 minutes away from the airport (train) and another 10 minutes by train to the central station of Zurich.

Whether as a cheap accommodation after a seminar, course or conference in the city, or as a starting point for relaxing forays through the lovely hills and along the Erzbach and the Aare, here right on the edge of the forest, just a stone's throw from the city center, you are welcome. In the shade of the trees, you have a small terrace during your stay, the separate entrance can be reached via a few steps.

The accommodation is located in rural Hochfelden. Zurich Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car and Zurich City in 40 minutes. Every 30 minutes, a bus leaves that offers various connections. Zurich Airport and Zurich City can be reached in 45 minutes. To make your stay more comfortable, I offer a reliable shuttle service to Zurich Airport, Zurich City and Bülach train station for a fee. So you can arrive and depart stress-free.

If you are looking for a quiet area which is near the airport, close to the ETH and the city centre, this place is perfect for you. The forest near by is good for nature loving vistors. It can be reached in 5 min and a 20 min walk will grant a breathaking view over the whole city.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
