The walking distance to the center of Ayvalık is 5 minutes and you can reach the beaches and Cunda Island in 15 minutes by car. We can speak Russian, German and English.

Everything you'll need during your vacation has been thoughtfully designed and furnished with pleasure. It is a spacious, simple and pleasant place where six people can stay comfortably.
