Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Dillon

This was such a great stay! Stayed here with two other couples and location was great - walkable to main street, and home itself had spacious common areas. Access to the back deck was awesome and relaxing - property has great views. Saw lots of wildlife from deer, a baby moose, to lots of birds. The only two things that were unexpected was that the back property faces a public trail and one of the couples mentioned their bed was pretty uncomfortable. Overall, highly recommend!

Just like the photos - great place to stay! Super close to town. Easy walk into town, uphill on the way back but very easy to call an uber. The hot tub was great and secluded in the woods. We had a great time!

This lovely little house is in the trees, in the quiet and perfected on a hillside with a view. It was the restful and contemplative space we really needed for a few days. The house has everything you need and a nice deep bathtub! Every airbnb that allows pets should provide dog sheets and blankets. We always bring our own but it saves any stress and we appreciated the extra efforts. We will stay here again! PS the drive way was super easy.

Great spot for a large family! There were lots of fun games in the basement including a pool table, ping-pong, board games and more. My family had an absolutely wonderful time. I would highly recommend the spot! The house was close to lots of great hiking and scenic views! The house was well furnished in the kitchen had everything we needed we highly recommend!

Josh was proactive with communication and checked in during our stay. He was able quickly to resolve some issues we encountered at the rental after we checked in. We really liked how this place was conveniently close to various ski resorts as well as to restaurants in and around Dillon and Silverthorne. Plus the mountain view from the living room was a big plus. FYI, this property is located next to a school and there may be after school pick-up traffic if returning during that time (around 4 pm) as we got stuck in a traffic jam for a bit.

Cassandra’s place was fantastic! She had everything we needed! Great book with instructions on what to do and places to go! Very clean! Smelled wonderful! Loved that we didn’t have to start the laundry! It was just perfect!

We had a great stay at Alister’s place. It was the perfect location for us to enjoy a week of skiing at Vail, Beaver Creek, and Keystone. His home is clean, well equipped, and a great size for our family of four. We were able to access skiing with ease and were happy to return to his condo for either a home cooked meal or an easy walk or drive to downtown Frisco for dinner after a long day on the slopes. I highly recommend and would stay here again. The only word of caution is that the garage space is tight if you have a large SUV!

Spacious place, a lot of pillow options, comfortable beds. Overall an easy stay for my husband, daughter and our dog.

Loved our stay! It was the perfect size for my husband, my dog, and myself. It was so close to Main Street and plenty of amazing hiking spots and Boreas pass. I would definitely stay again!

We loved the place. The views from the balcony was awesome. We made the drive to Independence pass and it was great. there are plenty to do around. Overall a grat stay.

Jeffery's condo was comfortable, well organized, and quiet. We enjoyed the location as it was close to the bike path.

WOW! What more can I say! Kitchen was the BEST appointed kitchen with all the tools needed which is rare for an Airbnb. Other amenities that were appreciated were books, space heater, warm blankets, and humidifier. Entire walkout basement apartment was comfortable and contained all needed items and more. Penny met us and showed us around the apartment. She was very informative. House was on a quiet cul de sac and Leadville is beautiful. If I went to Leadville, this would be where I would stay again. Clean and has everything you need for essential necessities. Very convenient location, about 5-10 minutes from downtown and the slopes! Can’t beat it.

We had such a great time staying here. Colorado was beautiful in the summer and I loved the views of the mountains and the lake from the windows in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms were very clean. The place was lovely and it is a great location. It was a great private get away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind each day after visiting the shops and restaurants in Frisco and surrounding towns. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the creek below while watching the hummingbirds fly by and the aspen tree leaves blowing in the wind. It was a very comfortable home away from home with a beautiful kitchen and spacious bathroom with two sinks—a lovely condo that met all our needs. The hosts were always quick with their communication and so kind. From seeing a moose on Main Street a block from the condo on the evening we checked in to the double rainbow over Main Street on our last night, it was a wonderful vacation. We would love to return again in the future and would definitely stay at this same condo. After all, it was our home away from home.

Location and the little things! Great location to access several ski resorts, hiking, anything outdoors in the mountains. Shopping for anything is less than 2 miles away from condo. The little things; 1. Custom door combo just for us. Easy to remember. 2. Endless hot water for showers. 3. The best cotton sheets on all the beds. 4. Beefy, heavy duty towels 5. Lotion and Kleenex 6. A lot of cooking staples available We will stay again and recommend!

Great condo located very close to Keystone and an easy drive to whatever you need in Dillon or Silverthorne. The condo was clean and well-equipped with kitchen utensils and even board games.

Everything was fine. Scott described everything in detail how to check in, even left ice cream in the fridge for us. The apartment is cozy, with everything you need for living. We recommend it to everyone.

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and accommodating—we asked about the possibility of an early check-in, and they quickly confirmed that we could check in at 11:30am, which was super helpful and much appreciated. The room itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with interesting pictures and photos that gave it a warm and personal touch. We also really enjoyed the smart home setup—having Alexa available made things even more convenient and added a modern feel to the space. Overall, a comfortable and well-thought-out stay. We’d happily come back again!
