Great stay at La Mauricette! The cottage is clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and perfectly located to discover the Dinan region. I was there with my dog Tao, who found a great friend in Raïko, Sophie and Laurent's dog. Warm welcome, ideal setting... Only downside: a Senseo is not an espresso machine😉. Thanks again, we'll be back!

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. A very cozy cottage. Ideal for a family with kids. Beautiful terrace overlooking the village and beach. Parking was always available on the street in front of the house. Tasteful and original furnishings. Great beaches close by. Bedding for double mattresses and double duvets required. Contact with landlord always quick and very friendly.

Very nice and large accommodation (house). Mont St. Michel. 12 minutes by bike. There's everything you need. The garden is still a great plus. We had a very good time. very pleasant stay in Servane's house with this panoramic view that we never tired of looking at. A little nod to two charming sheep. we had an exotic and soothing stay. Recommended without moderation.

A big thank you to Etienne and Valérie for their hospitality. The house is just perfect for a stay in Saint Malo. Very well equipped, it feels like home! Ideal location, quiet but not far from the main activities of the city. Flexible check-in to adapt to our baby and finally, very good responsiveness from the hosts who were able to answer our questions. We will be back!

Christiane’s place was absolutely beautiful. The view of Mont Saint Michel was stunning. The house was very clean, spacious, and had everything we were looking for. She even had bikes that we were able to use! She is very responsive and was so gracious to accommodate our request for a late check out. I highly recommend Christiane’s house and I can’t wait to stay again next time we visit.

Our large family group had a great stay here. Benoît was very friendly and made sure we knew all we needed about the house and area to ensure we had a good time. The house was large, with good size bedrooms and comfy beds. Huge dining space and fair amount of seating. Lots of space for parking and large garden too. The pool was an amazing addition and really added to our experience.

The house is adorable - beautifully renovated with all you need (swimming pool, kitchen equipment, pool table, etc). The location is great, directly at the sea-side with hardly any other people, for which it felt like a private beach. Also a nice walk along the shore to Granville. We would definitely recommend this place!

We had a great time with the family for the Christmas holidays. The house was perfectly true to the description, as well as the promised view, no disappointment! moreover the house had been decorated for Christmas! the house is large and very warm and really conducive to family gatherings! in addition the hosts are very responsive and friendly , we had a small power outage at 10pm which was fixed very quickly with Sebastien's assistance. The game room and hot tub are really a plus , as well as the large fireplace that allows long cocooning evenings in the living room . We'll definitely be back!

The stay with Patrick and Laure was wonderful. Warm and welcoming contact. The garden is beautiful, the cottage tasteful and cozy. We love to cook, and you are well provided for here. It's wonderfully quiet. All towns, beaches and attractions are about 30-60 minutes' drive away.

House even more impressive in real life than in the photos! Very pleasant stay, everything was perfect! Victor and Aurelie were both very kind and responsive. Maybe a little clearing around the padel court to avoid the regular loss of balls, but that's a detail. For the rest, really nothing to complain about, I recommend ++

Damien was such a great host. He happened to be grabbing dinner the same time we came into town so we stopped at the same pizza place. He offered to take my husband and kids to the house a few km away and then came back for me as I was waiting for the pizza. This was so thoughtful after a long 9-10 hour drive with a lot of children. He was so kind and personable. Super proactive and offered suggestions in the area. He really went above and beyond. His house was perfect for our needs as a large family and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house was exact as described. everything was in good working order. Nothing was broken or falling apart. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

We had a great time with friends in this house. The accommodation is very nice, spacious, clean and perfectly equipped: everything you need to feel at home. The neighborhood is very quiet, which allows you to rest well, while being only a few minutes from the city center, which is very convenient for getting around. The house is tastefully decorated and the welcome was very warm. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the premises, the comfort of the beds and the amenities available to us (well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, etc. It was a real pleasure to stay here, and we have an excellent memory of our stay. We recommend this house without hesitation, and we will gladly return if the opportunity arises!

We loved our stay. It was quiet, peaceful, and beautifully decorated, with a lovely courtyard that made it feel like a true retreat. The location was perfect for our visit to Mont Saint-Michel. Highly recommend!

The apartment is highly recommended, it corresponds to the Breton architectural style, is very spacious, clean, generous. For six people / sleeping accommodations, however, I find one toilet too little, there were only two of us with a dog and so it was ok for us. There are two bathrooms, shower room and bathroom with bathtub - a bit old, but still ok. All bedrooms are friendly and attractively furnished and spacious. Very nice, also the location to the brasserie / bistro "Rossingnol" on the entire premises as well as the direct location on the Rance. Ideal for walking the dog and within walking distance of Port Dinan, with many restaurants, bakery and the historic old town. The people were always helpful, especially the friendly neighbor in the role of "caretaker" very accommodating and always responsive or caring.
