Better and bigger than the description, this large beautiful garden annex is furnished with lovely antiques and excellent kitchen and bathroom. There is outside space, a warm welcome and walks from the door. If you need to be in this area or want a quiet few days away, definitely stay here.

Karen is super responsive and helpful. Had some lovely welcome touches. It is very spacious and the space is well thought out. Well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook but if not there is a pub that is a 2 min walk away. Perfect set up for attending a local wedding at Notley Abbey.

Immaculate, spacious and yet cozy accommodation in a beautiful location. We stayed here as it was close enough to Kew gardens (approx a 50min drive) whilst offering a relaxing and peaceful break away from the daily grind. The host gave a warm welcome and shared hints and tips re: nearby amenities - Thame (a 5min drive away) has a variety of lovely cafes and pubs. Waking up in a morning to see what are clearly loved and well looked after horses in their stables and nearby fields made our trip even more special - a real treat for my mum’s 85th birthday.

The venue was pituresque, the loft was clean and tidy and perfect for what we needed it for. Communication was brilliant and no issues there. Would recommend the place and would use it again if in the area. My only addition would be a little toaster for us english traditional breakfasts of cereal or toast. But this was just a minor inconvenience. Everything else was perfect. Xx We were called on the night before our visit to let us know about a boiler issue, and we discussed options and decided to still go. We were offered compensation for this inconvience and taled about solutions. Which were very acceptable. This was excellent communications and honerable. We were very thankful for this. Excellent service.
