For extended walks, the Teutoburg Forest offers numerous hiking routes about 1 km away. Surrounded by the spa communities of Bad Rothenfelde, Bad Laer and Bad Iburg, there are a variety of recreational opportunities. The brine springs with the graduation walls, the treetop trail and the "Carpesol" spa and sauna area are particularly noteworthy here.

Up to four guests can be accommodated in our beautiful basement apartment, which is located directly on the Teutoburg Forest and close to the Hermannsweg! The apartment is centrally located in Borgholzhausen and yet very quiet in a cul-de-sac in a residential area with single-family houses. All shops serving everyday needs are within walking distance (baker also on Sundays!). Fantastic hiking trails start right by the house.
