The charm of downtown Dives sur mer, Cabourg and Houlgate is within walking distance. The sea can be reached in 10 min on foot thanks to a pleasant pedestrian/cycling route along the Dives. From 1/6 to 30/09 access to a heated swimming pool in the condominium residence. It is 20m from the property. Sheet and linen provided upon request.
