An excellent place for a short or longer stay in Javor. For work and for relaxation. The apartment has a comfortable bed, a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, an oven with microwave function and a refrigerator with freezer. There is a washing machine and an iron at guests' disposal. The balcony with a deckchair is a good place to relax overlooking the fields and the road with unobtrusive car traffic. Very good access to the S3 expressway (3 km) and the A4 highway. We issue invoices.

Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request, and a bonfire area (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
