Here you can expect peace and comfort, distributed on 25 square metres with a beautiful view over red tiled roofs and only 100 metres away from the Eilenriede, our large, green city forest. Important: The flat is on the 4th floor of an old building without a lift. Climbing stairs therefore mustn't be a problem. I live in the flat next door and look forward to making your time in Hanover more enjoyable with tips and hospitality!

The shower is available for shared use at any time and is located directly opposite the apartment. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. Shopping and line 6, which takes you directly to the city center, are a 10-minute walk away.
