Here you can expect peace and comfort, distributed on 25 square metres with a beautiful view over red tiled roofs and only 100 metres away from the Eilenriede, our large, green city forest. Important: The flat is on the 4th floor of an old building without a lift. Climbing stairs therefore mustn't be a problem.
