In the extension of our house, which was formerly used as a practice, this studio is available for your exclusive, private use. Next to a small hallway with a shoe cabinet and wardrobe is the small bathroom with toilet and shower. In the large, bright living room there is a small kitchenette (but NOT a fully equipped kitchen) with a sink. A foldable sofa can accommodate a third person. Behind a medium-high partition is the double bed directly at the large window.

We rent our centrally located newly furnished small apartment with a living room and bedroom, separate small kitchen, bathroom, small hallway and a cozy conservatory, which is furnished as a dining room. The kitchen has the most important utensils and appliances for self-catering. The large built-in wardrobe in the hallway offers enough space for your wardrobe. My studio is located directly on the quiet and green Bonifatiusplatz and is just a stone's throw from the Lister Meile with its nice little shops and cafes. There are two cozy rooms (a bedroom/living room and the studio room with a large desk), a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new renovated bathroom.

The loft was created from former commercial premises. It is open plan and contains many details in the industrial style. Old bricks, polished and sealed concrete, wood from an old oak, old machine parts made of cast iron and many other unique things have helped make the loft a special place. The loft is quietly located in a courtyard. It is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible.
