National Park - City of Wehlen Markthaus - Apartment

The town of Wehlen is located in the Upper Elbe Valley in the heart of Saxon Switzerland National Park. The tranquil health resort looks back on almost 800 years of history. The market house is a historic gem and is a listed building, designated as the first hostel of Saxon Switzerland. The house frames the market square in the reflection of the market church below the historic castle ruin. The vaulted cellars date back to 1527, while the main house was built in 1734 in the Franconian half-timbered style.

Welcome to our cozy wooden igloo. Relax in the amazing sauna and enjoy the terrace with a grill. There are other igloos nearby, 120m away. All igloos have air conditioning. They are located in the picturesque Bohemian Uplands, near the Pravčická brána, Tiské skály and other beauties. Immerse yourself in the silence of nature, find peace and quiet. Watch the sheep grazing nearby. Your stay helps us to bring life back to the romantic ruins of the Skrytín chateau.

Beautiful new apartment in the countryside. Large private terrace with seating and barbecue access. The accommodation is next to a horse farm, in the neighboring village there is a large outdoor swimming pool and in 20 minutes you are in Saxon Switzerland or also in beautiful Dresden. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.

We live in Saxon Switzerland National Park on a 200-year-old farm in Bielatal. The farm is located at an altitude of 400 meters. From here you have a magnificent view of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. We lovingly converted the middle part of the old cowshed with the hayloft into the apartment. It is part of the large restored 4-sided farm.
