Oléron farmhouse

Longère located in a quiet environment between the village of Dolus and the oyster route, 1 km from the sea on the ocean side (no beach). The beach of La Rémigeasse and that of the Château are accessible in 15 minutes by bike. The house is 2 km from Dolus and all the amenities of the village. A large terrace runs along the house and overlooks a swimming pool with a safety shutter. The pool is heated in July/August. May/Sept/Oct according to weather forecast. The house has 3 bedrooms (with dressing room), a bathroom, separate toilet. An equipped kitchen that opens to the living room of about 50 m². The house overlooks a wooded enclosed garden with a parking space. There is also a shed at the bottom of the garden to store bikes, beach gear.
