Welcome to this peaceful and elegant apartment, nestled in the Marne Valley and surrounded by Champagne vineyards. Ideally located near Nogent train station, you will be less than an hour from Paris, Marne-la-Vallée, Reims and Épernay. Apartment is located on the floor of my primary residence. While maintaining its independence, you will access it through the common entrance of my home( lockbox ). I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have and any needs you may have.

The cottage, located 35 minutes from Disney by car, is reminiscent of the world of a famous young wizard and that of a medieval castle. Moreover, elements of the decoration come from castles and ancient monasteries! The entrance houses a secret passage that allows access to the upper floors... Brooms can park in front of the cottage. An "almost bus" can pick up to 4 people at the SNCF train station, depending on the schedule. (Navigo pass ok) Shops are 800 m away.

The plus: its ideal location for outreach to many tourist destinations (all details under Location/Getting around).

Charming House - Visit to Champagne Cellars

Former mansion, located between Paris and Reims, the place is ideal for resting (No parties). Visit the Pannier champagne cellars. The place is a real haven of peace, located high up with a beautiful view of the marl. The house is completely reserved for you. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have an en-suite bathroom + toilet. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have a separate bathroom with a bathtub, sink and toilet on the first floor.

AU DOMAINE DE LA PIVOINE Logement entièrement rénové de 95 m² avec deux chambres, situé à Hautevesnes, dans la région des Hauts-de-France, à seulement 1h de Paris et de Reims. Dans un cadre paisible et verdoyant, vous aurez accès à une piscine partagée avec nos deux autres logements présents sur le domaine. Celle-ci est ouverte chaque année du 1er mai au 30 septembre.

There are 5 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and a private toilet. It's a very quiet place. There's a small restaurant in the village where you can eat quality traditional cuisine on weekdays.
