There is a shop on the ground floor, and the owner lives on the first floor. The apartments share the front door and the staircase. The lockable apartment consists of a kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The staircase is typically Dutch and therefore a bit steeper; it may be less suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Koetshuis 't Bolletje is an attractive, detached residence on the open NSW estate De Bol op Redichem, part of the 17th-century walking park 't Rondeel. The accommodation contributes to the conservation and management of the natural beauty, and is available as temporary accommodation for hikers and nature lovers.
