Monthly Rentals in Dorsoduro, Venice

We felt excellently accommodated in the last four weeks of the stay. After a detailed check-in by Elena, everything worked out great, the location is excellent, quiet and in particular Elena was always supportive, friendly and helpful! We have actually always felt at home and can therefore highly recommend Elena's place! We sincerely appreciate it at this point.

What an amazing location! Right on the canal! We cannot wait to come back to Venice and stay here. Walkable, quiet, clean. Beautifully designed apartment. So impressed. Thank you Fra and thanks to your mom for the lovely welcome :)

We had a wonderful stay at Valarie & Bryan’s apartment! The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk from restaurants, grocery stores, and all the main attractions. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully modern—exactly what we needed for a comfortable stay. Bryan was an outstanding host—very prompt, helpful, and kind. He came down to greet us personally and even helped with our luggage, which was a lovely touch. He also arranged a water taxi for us, which made our arrival in Venice so much easier. We’re really glad we chose this place and will definitely return to Bryan the next time we’re in Venice. Highly recommended!

Pietro thankfully informed me a few days before our trip that the unit had an AC issue and required fixing during our stay. He immediately offered a different private unit in the same building, which we gladly accepted. So in all fairness, my review will only cover the location and working with Pietro. This is our second trip to Venice, and we Absolutely LOVED our stay. Venice is the most walkable city I’ve ever been to, and we found Pietro’s location to be very close to fabulous restaurants (Tratorria la Divina Comida, La Lanterna, Tonolo for breakfast pastries), Conad grocery store, etc. and a reasonable walking distance 10-15 minutes to the bus and train stations. Pietro and his team (Elena and Adalena) deserve high praise for offering a wonderful apartment in such a short amount of time. Thanks so much for making our trip so memorable to our family
