This apartment is huge with many period features and boasts a massive lounge with log burner and bay window and quite possibly the largest sofa you will ever see. There is a well equipped galley kitchen, separate office area, dining area and 2 further seating areas. Upstairs there is a main bedroom with en suite shower room and a second bedroom with a separate luxury bathroom. It sleeps 4 adults / children. The en-suite has 1 King size bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds.

Spacious private Annex to family home in quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Douglas. Host lives at the linked family home so some noise will travel through locked access. A half hour walk/10-minute drive to central Douglas and 5 minute drive to Nobles Hospital. Beautiful hill views and private off-road parking. Comfortable property with access to private established garden, with seating and fire pit. Use of gym is at own risk, owner accepts no liability.

Private Annex

My annex was recently built and is finished to a very high standard. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating and is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. The annex is located to the rear of my property which is within a highly desirable area of Douglas and is extremely quiet and private.
