The Annex is now available for TT fortnight 2024 up to 15 nights till June 11 for £1800. Garage available if required for bikes

Ideally situated for exploring the island, 1 mile from the Peel road & 1 mile from the Baltic pub in Higher Foxdale. We work, so a continental breakfast is provided & you can have breakfast at any time to suit you. The property has parking for 1 car or 3 motor bikes. Beds have feather duvets & pillows with cotton linens. Let us know if you have any allergies. We have 2 friendly house cats and a golden retriever that are not allowed in guest rooms. Our 'home from home barn' is easily accessible to the village of Laxey close to the beach and family-friendly activities. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Ideal as a base for walkers, cyclists and motor cycle visitors. Older children can be accommodated on our comfortable double sofa bed. We have a secure garage in which to store bikes. Full continental breakfast available, tea and coffee facilities. Please note, we don't have cooking facilities, only a kettle and a fridge.

Property is close to bus stops for town centre, with shops, a post office, 2 Chinese takeaways, one pub and one restaurant pub nearby.

The cottage has been renovated recently to a high standard and a sun lounge has been added so that you can enjoy the views - and, hopefully, sunsets - over Bradda Head. Pure magic!
