Absolutely lovely stay and we will definitely be back. Instructions were very clear and straight forward. The cleanliness of this place…..I mean it was sparkling clean!!!! The carpet were so clean and soft - I loved just sitting on the carpet, stretching and watching tv. The studio had everything you could possibly need. The little touches of to-go coffee cups if you need, cozy socks, toothpaste or toothbrush and many more. It was such a sweet touch. They also had many awesome board games and books. Super cozy place. the bed was very comfortable to sleep in with so many comfortable blanket layers. We really enjoyed our stay. You will not regret staying here!!!

We were in Boulder for my son's college graduation and wanted a place for us, the parents and 2 other children, aged, 17 (boy) and 22 (girl). So three bedrooms and two baths were ideal. The best thing about this house, however, is the location! Just 2 blocks off Pearl Street Mall, this location provides a terrific jumping off point for exploring Boulder and the surrounding areas. Boulder Theater, Avanti, Lucille's, etc are just a few of the hot spots within 5 minutes. The beds were clean and comfortable and the home is in decent shape for being close to 100 years old. Due to the age of the home, the kitchen and bath situation is a little odd. The location and the price outweigh everything else with this property, I would not hesitate to book this place again. Now, if I can just convince my youngest to go to CU.......

We loved staying at the Perch- one of the top airbnbs I’ve ever visited for so many reasons! So quiet and peaceful, extremely comfy beds, clean and “scent-free”, and of course Lynn’s kindness and hospitality- all 5+ stars. We loved hiking the trails that were so close to the house, and everything else around Boulder was close and easy to get to. We will be back!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Cheryl's place, this house was perfect for celebrating my birthday weekend! Check in was super streamlined, the keypad on the door made it easy to come and go. Communication was wonderful leading up to and during our stay. The house itself was beautiful - clean, spacious, comfortable and tidy. I actually think it looks better in person than it does in the photos!! There is a great front and back yard. The beds were super comfortable with cozy Parachute linens : ) We slept so well after our very action-packed days. The location couldn't be better, walkable to Pearl Street shops, Whole Foods right up the block, yet on a peaceful residential street. The home was equipped with everything you would need. Overall this was the perfect stay, couldn't ask for anything better in Boulder!

Our stay at the Shane and Nicole’s Boulder Little House was absolutely fantastic! The house was impeccably clean, beautifully organized, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive, making the experience seamless and stress-free. The amenities provided were top-notch, adding an extra layer of convenience and comfort to our visit. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful, allowing us to fully enjoy the charm of Boulder. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!.

We loved our stay at Page's beautiful home! It is very well stocked, beautifully and comfortably furnished and just has a nice relaxing vibe. Very central- we walked to Pearl Street Mall and only short drives to other nearby restaurants and shops. Strong WIFI, nice TV's, comfy beds, quiet neighborhood and great upper deck were all appreciated. Page left us a book of local recommendations and clear instructions for everything- the few questions we had she responded to immediately. She is very easy to communicate with and is an excellent host. We will be back!

We loved our stay! The kitchen is huge with tons of counter space, and the bathroom was clean and roomy as well. There’s an excellent couch in the living room that is big enough to sleep on, if needed. The unit was very close to town which made for an easy walk to breakfast in the morning.

Amy’s place was just as described, so close to the Flatirons and a really beautiful neighborhood!

The space was very private and clean. It was bigger than expected and the perfect space to stay!

We stayed without dogs and had a great time in the area. Very walkable neighborhood, safe area and clean space to stay in. Mark was always responsive with questions and proactive about checkin. Check out was seamless too. Highly recommend a stay here, especially if you have dogs.

Great space in a quiet neighborhood with a running trail one house away. Living room is nice, kitchen works and bedroom and bathroom are full sized with hot shower and comfy bed. Grocery store and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away. One of the most safe, clean and convenient places I’ve stayed.

An amazing area to stay! Boulder is the coolest town, and staying at this air bnb was perfect! Located in an active neighborhood, we felt right at home staying here. Comfortable and practical! Would stay here again!

Cynthia was so kind and thoughtful. Her husband and dog Lupa were also so friendly, I wish I could stay forever! The cabin was spotted with meaningful little touches that made us feel so taken care of. Beautiful view, took my breath away. Downtown Boulder is a short drive (10 minutes) but you really feel immersed in nature despite the close location! FYI driving was slightly daunting at night coming home from dinner, but that’s coming from a city dweller who’s not used to back roads! Lol. 10/10 Airbnb!

We had a great stay in Winter Park. We traveled up for a wedding and everything was perfect. The hot tub and pool were a great bonus too. We would love to come up and stay again.

We had a gorgeous 3 nights in Billy & Desiree’s cabin. They have thought of everything you could need and the cabin is warm and cosy. The bottle of wine was delicious, bed super comfy, plentiful supplies of tea and coffee and the location of the cabin was so peaceful, on the edge of the river. There is a great Rec Center with pool, hot tubs and gym which was great at the end of a long day of activity. We couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable & restful place, assisted by super responsive and helpful hosts & we definitely recommend this beautiful place. Thank you so much Desiree & Billy.

We loved our stay! The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. We felt right at home in this cozy, homey place. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Both bedrooms have a smart TV, plus one in family room. And super plush wall-to-wall carpeting upstairs for maximum comfiness. We also really liked the motion-sensor nightlight system throughout the house. The kitchen had tons of equipment in it so you'll be all set if you cook. Keurig for no-fuss coffee, and coffee pods available in all different roasts. We were 10 minutes from downtown Boulder and right next to 29th street mall, which is a terrific shopping center. I went on some runs during my stay and was so excited to discover a bike/walking path just 5 minutes into my run (off Iris Ave). Brian was so laidback and accommodating about everything. Barely any check-out duties, so it was really easy when we had to leave before dawn to catch an early flight back home. 10/10 recommend this place.

We loved our stay at Natsliya's. Her condo was comfortable and peaceful. Close to everything we wanted to do, no more than 15 to 20 mins. we loved relaxing on her beautiful patio! Nataliya was responsive and gave excellent suggestions. Highly recommend her condo!

We had the best stay at Alison’s place! We were attending a wedding at a local hotel and the location of the Airbnb was perfect (18 minute walk or 5 minute drive). The home itself was so clean and beautiful. We loved drinking coffee on the patio each morning! We also loved walking up and down pearl street which was just a quick walk from her front door. Lastly, Alison always responded quickly and answered any questions we had. 100% would recommend staying here and we would absolutely stay again if we come back to the area.

Our stay was great for our needs and short time in the Denver area. I would highly recommend Dean’s place if you are looking for a clean, safe, comfortable and affordable place to call home for a quick stay or a few nights. I have zero complaints. I especially appreciate the reasonable cost and convenience. No cleaning fee was a bonus! I think if I had my own Airbnb similar to Dean’s, I would also be willing to offer a great space for a realistic cost with realistic expectations. Thanks, Dean & family. Barbara's place is fantastic! Great location to walk to Pearl St area, quiet and safe. TONS of great restaurants, shopping, ability to safely stroll the neighborhood. My sister and I did a 3 night stay for a little get away and it was wonderful to each have our own bedroom and bathroom, a great kitchen/dining/living room area to prepare meals and relax in the evenings to chat and catch up. Comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water. Nice dark curtains in the bed room to block out the light when sleeping. Lots of beautiful light streaming in to the living room area and ability to open the windows and balcony screen door for fresh air. Barbara is an excellent communicator and host and we highly recommend her place and would stay there again when our travels take us back to Boulder.
