Family-friendly holiday rentals in Downtown, Colorado Springs

The place was a given, met expectations, easy to find, beautiful surroundings. We had an amazing time. The kids had s'more , and even got to enjoy the hot tub. Highly recommended

I walked 10 minutes to get to my professional conference at the Broadmoor Hotel. It’s less expensive than the hotel rooms with more freedom and privacy, and with your own hot tub. I walked 15 minutes the other direction to a mountain canyon park, nature station, and a nice trail that follows a stream up the canyon. If you’re not a hiker, take any number of day trips by car to natural beauty and wonders. It’s in a pleasant wooded neighborhood with close neighbors on either side, but it feels very private. It has that rustic arts and crafts mountain cabin feel and is very clean and well maintained. Very comfortable bed. Deer were hanging out in the yard one day.

What a hidden gem!! The place was beautifully landscaped and welcoming. Off-street parking was nice as well. The place was very clean and had everything we could possibly need inside. It was located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, but within minutes of a grocery store. Also within 15-20 minutes of Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, and other attractions. Would highly recommend and we are hoping to stay here again the next time we visit Colorado Springs! Deane was a great host and very pleasant to visit with. Thanks!!

The remote check-in/out was very easy and I found it as a plus. The house was as pictured and described. Everything that you may need has been thought of and provided. The furnishings were plentiful and comfortable. The backyard is set up nicely. We had some windy and rainy conditions for our stay. This limited our outdoor time, but we were able to enjoy the fire pit and dining table. The basement game room was very nice was a great addition considering the weather. Multiple games of Ping-Pong were played as well as on the arcade machine. We would stay here again if available during future visits to the area.

This place was beautiful! It was very clean, and had all the amenities you could think of. The host was responsive. The beds were super comfortable! I liked that it had a garage to park your car. Our entire family loved our stay. I also felt super safe and the location was great!!

I was very happy with my stay, location was great, the house was very clean and well organized with all the necessary amenities needed. I would definitely stay again next trip to Colorado Springs.. I was very comfortable, felt safe, was very quiet so much better than a hotel.

My family and friends really enjoyed our stay here. It was comfortable and had so many amenities. The kitchen was stocked with appliances, dishes, and extra seasonings/ ingredients allowing us to eat in most nights. The scenery from the top of the hill in the backyard was hard to beat! Tucked at the edge of a street it was peaceful and our kids were able to safely play out front. Anytime there was a question I had, Zoltan responded almost immediately and was super helpful. Would love to stay here again since there was still so much to do in Colorado Springs.

We loved staying here! The hosts left us cute notes, dog treats and a bottle of wine. There was firewood avail for the fireplace and a great porch to relax on. This cabin was very clean and we were provided with great recommendations for food and things to do. Our stay was peaceful and we had everything we needed. We were a 30 min walk from down town and a 9 min drive to the Garden of the Gods, 15 min to downtown Colorado Springs. Great trip!!

We stayed at the purple cottage for a girls' weekend and our favorite parts were the outdoor space, which featured many places to relax and enjoy the view, and the location, which just seemed to be ten minutes or less from everywhere we wanted to visit. The cottage had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was clean, spacious and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay and Rachel was a friendly, responsive host.

Our stay at the cottage was a peaceful as you can get. Close to restaurants, and the open space behind the cottage is great for hiking. Lots of memories will remain with us for a long time.

Beth‘s house is spotlessly clean and she was very quick to respond to any questions. The house is very spacious and was very comfortable. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The neighborhood is in old Colorado city and walkable to the main shopping and restaurant area. We felt very safe in the area and it’s a friendly neighborhood. The off street parking was great. We loved sitting on the porch when we weren’t out and about or the patio, which is also very nice. It was without a doubt one of the best Airbnb‘s I have stayed at and would definitely stay again when visiting my daughter in Colorado Springs.

Beautiful place. The amenities were great and the neighborhood is peaceful and the location made for a great base to get around to the places we visited. I can’t say enough about how comfortable we felt and the peacefulness of the neighborhood. Looking forward to staying here next time we visit Colorado Springs.

We had a wonderful stay in Colorado Springs. The home had incredible views and was conveniently located near world class hiking and great restaurants. The home is very private and has many spaces to relax—we loved the patio and rooftop deck. The home was perfectly clean and was well-stocked. This is a great place for a large or small group and we loved our stay.

Close enough to walk downtown, but still feels very private on back deck next to the creek. We were able to leave our car parked for free at the cabin while walking to eat and shop. Only needed to drive when out sightseeing.

The house was perfect for our family so we could celebrate our son’s graduation. Thank you!

We had a nice stop over at Linda’s house between our trips to RMNP and Great Sand Dune. It was the perfect home base to reset, do laundry, and get ready for the next leg of our trip. Linda was flexible and a great communicator. She was so helpful with info to make sure we could park our trailer. It’s clear that her devotion to God shines through her kindness and hospitality.

You can't get much closer to Garden of the Gods which makes it easy to go there for sunrise or sunset if you want. And Old Colorado City is just down the road. Getting groceries is easy with Safeway just 5 minutes away. In other words this place has location, location, location. All that, and yet, its on a quiet residential street. Beds have a mattress topper which I like since I sleep on side. But they aren't overly soft if you prefer firm. Very comfortable linens. Bathroom is small with a low commode, but the shower is nice and hot with a good stream. Serviceable kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans for stove top. Just a cookie sheet for oven use. And there were 2 ice trays in the freezer which I especially liked having. Streaming my own shows at nights was super easy. All in all a nice place to stay. Thanks!

We stayed here due to its proximity to our daughter’s home, and we are so happy we did. The house was clean, bright, and comfortable with foosball, cornhole, and other games for all to play. The small deck overlooking the backyard made it even nicer. Parking is so simple right out front, and it’s so easy to hop on a roadway to take you anywhere around the Springs. A large supermarket is only 2 blocks away—very convenient. Definitely a nice place to stay while in Colorado Springs.

We were extremely happy with our stay. The house was in great shape, and very charming. The location in terms of access to the very quaint Manitou Springs could not have been better. A very short walk to excellent coffee, fun shopping, restaurants, and of course the stream that runs through downtown Manitou Springs. Garden of the Gods, Pike’s Peak, and Colorado Springs were all super close, too. Our interactions with Tim and Kris were also very satisfying. They checked in with us promptly upon our arrival to see if we needed anything and made sure we knew that if we needed anything, they were easily reachable and available to help. I recommend staying at their beautiful home.

Tiffany's home was very clean and comfortable. There was only 3 of us, so we just used the upstairs, but the basement was also great. Decorated so cute. Good location. Close to some great restaurants, hiking trails, Garden of the gods, etc.

Shelly was very responsive and accommodating. The home is exactly as expected and very comfortable. Great for kids! We had 5 kids in our group of 11 (two infants less than 1) and they loved the extra touches Shelly provided to make it kid friendly. Definitely would stay here again!
