This is a charming 1 bedroom cottage with the best of what the Old North End in Colorado Springs has to offer. In addition to the 1 queen bed, there is a pull out queen couch for additional guests, allowing 4 people total. Recently completely remodeled. Full kitchen with full sized refrigerator, stove, Caesarstone countertops, subway tile backsplash and a lovely farm sink. Front patio and back patios offer options for enjoying the great outdoors in Colorado. The cottage is 500 sq ft total.

Our home is located in the Black Forest area of Colorado Springs. We have a spectacular view of Pikes Peak; we hope that folks will have a relaxing and refreshing time while staying with us. Guest area is the lower part of our home, about 2100 square feet. Private entrance, two bedrooms, media room (larger TV, board games, study area), full bathroom, common area with pool table. Guest area is secure with a locked door for privacy and security; door connects lower level with host living level.

My cottage is centrally located, close to downtown--within walking distance. Garden of the Gods, road to Pikes Peak, & Colorado College are minutes away. The interior is quaint and cozy, but has a roomy kitchen, fully stocked for preparing food. The outdoor space is peaceful and relaxing. I have a detailed list of restaurants & things to do. You'll love the access to an urban trail (Monument Valley), comfy queen bed, & coffee. A coffee shop and breakfast place are within walking distance.

Tucked Away Stay - Close To Town and In Nature

Come enjoy our private 5 acres of Pinon trees with the convenience of being 5 minutes from town. Enjoy the joys of children on property and views of incredible mountains with the wildlife that frequents our "back yard". Relax in our private guest area locked off from the rest of our home including a kitchenette and laundry area, all separated from the rest of the house by a custom built and locking doorway. We accept dogs but cannot accept cats due to other guests’ allergies. $15 pet fee.
