This Victorian charmer is an easy 4 block walk to Downtown and Colorado College. Walk 2 houses down and you can stroll through walking/jogging paths in Shook Run Park. Downtown boasts great restaurants and night life. Our one bedroom apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It is not a large 1 bedroom; however, it is in a darling neighborhood close to many of the best site seeing locations, hiking, mountain biking, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak and much more!

Downtown cottage, AC, W/D, patio, sleeps 4!

Super close to downtown Colorado Springs, Memorial Park and many other amenities the Springs has to offer. Complete stand alone cottage with parking and separate full fenced yard with a large patio. Built in 2019, the cottage is super well insulated, quiet and cozy. TV on main level and a TV upstairs. Air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay except for a full size oven. We have a cooktop and counter top oven but not a full size oven.
