Family-friendly holiday rentals in Downtown, Nashville

I had such a great experience staying here! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Johnathan /Kenneth was responsive and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel welcoming. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay again. We loved our stay, it was our first time staying in an air Bnb that the owner also lives in. His personal things were not really visible, so it didn’t feel weird, like I thought it would, felt very much like a regular hotel/ air Bnb stay.the parking was great we never had a problem finding spots on the street for our rental van and pick up truck. We Uber’d to broad street and it was fine. We had a great time the place is clean, spacious and affordable. We would rent this property again.

This home is absolutely beautiful. It has an open floor plan that is spacious, yet cozy, a well-stocked kitchen, a screened porch to enjoy the outdoors without bugs, a private deck attached to the primary suite and very comfortable beds. We had an incident with another Airbnb and had to find a new place immediately. XENOS was very responsive and very friendly. We feel so fortunate to have found this home because not only did we feel much safer in this neighborhood, it was much more accommodating for our group and the amenities were much better than the original unit. I (we) would absolutely stay here again if I visit Nashville in the future.

Staying at the Birdhouse was a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again! Everything went smoothly and Pedro & Caitlin were wonderful. It was very clean and it felt like a home away from home.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the house is quaint and comfortable. Much like other reviews said, the house and neighborhood were peaceful and quiet. This carriage house is the best place to stay if visiting East Nashville OR if basing out of there to see all of Nashville! It's located above Molly's garage in an adorable neighborhood that's seamlessly flows into other historic neighborhoods. There are so many things close by, and Molly has great recommendations for local, walkable spots for food, etc. Getting in the car is easy if wanting to go into the city or other areas of Nashville, as well. Molly is a great host with excellent communication! The carriage house is designed with so many things in mind and the beds are quite comfortable. It is meticulously clean and we found parking to be very easy (& free) on nearby Scott Ave. If you like walkable neighborhoods, with timeless, bungalow charm, great coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and vintage clothing stores/unique home shops, this is the place for you! Greenery abounds in all directions, as well, and there wasn't an unfriendly person anywhere!

Julia’s place in East Nashville was perfect for getting out of the downtown area to see what else the city has to offer. She was kind and prompt with her communication and everything was clean and organized— not to mention the gorgeous art all over the walls! The vibe was exactly what we needed for our anniversary celebration and we were grateful she allowed our pups to crash with us! I would hesitate to book with her again, and neither should you!

My husband and our two dogs travelled to Nashville for a continuing education conference. The home was perfect for the four of us. The home was clean, private and just as described. Our dogs enjoyed stretching their legs in the private backyard. Being just 13 minutes from Music City Center, it made an easy commute for the conference and exploring downtown. We hope to come back to Nashville soon, we loved it. Ashley’s home would be our first pick of where to stay!

Megan is a wonderful host. Gracious and thoughtful. The home was pristine and had everything stocked. We loved the cute greeting, variety of teas, and the bed is so comfortable. I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnbs and I’ve never slept in a more cozy bed. Well done, Megan. This is the ideal spot! Walkable and/or very short drive to amazing restaurants (try velvet taco!).

Beautiful place! Went for a weekend trip and was in the perfect location. Walking distance to the Gulch and even Broadway. Very close to 12 South/Hillsboro shopping area as well. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and the Guitar pool was a nice touch! Thank you!!

The condo was perfect for our visit for CMA Fest. Such a great location, bonus: lots of available parking and very safe area. Everywhere we went was walkable & hosts gave great recommendations for restaurants, bars, grocery shopping and entertainment nearby. The place was clean, offered a lot of amenities and we would definitely love to stay there again. Thank you for a memorable trip!

I think one of the best things you can say about an Airbnb rental is that when you stayed there, you never needed to contact the host with issues or complaints. Liz's condo was exactly as described. Very comfortable, roomy for our party of four and a pleasant walk to the Nashville strip where we spent most of our time. The small balcony overlooking the Cumberland was a great place to relax and recharge. Even though we needed for nothing during our stay, Liz reminded us that she was ready to assist at any time. I heartily recommend this rental.

We loved this condo on the river! It was perfect for my husband and I. Clean, great instructions and communication with the owner was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable stay! We had one guest who needed sleep on the pull out, and he also thought it was comfortable. The outdoor pool was a short walk away and very quiet. We loved the covered parking and it felt like a very safe neighbourhood.
