Waterfront holiday rentals in Downtown, Nashville

We enjoyed our month-long stay at this unit. We would certainly return again! Shirley was great, even providing us "extras' to make our stay more enjoyable. The unit is perfect for a couple. This first floor unit eliminated the need to climb stairs which we liked! The king size bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the balcony overlooking the Cumberland River was peaceful. It was a perfect location for us - a one mile walk to Broadway, a wonderful greenway for walking and biking across the street and a Farmer's Market just 3/4 mile away. It is our second visit to this complex and we will return again!

Our stay was so wonderful. Our host was helpful and informative every step of the way. The space was clean and spacious and the bed was so comfy! The walk to downtown is beautiful along the river. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for having us!

Great apartment with beautiful views overlooking the river. Great location, a 2 block walk to a number of good restaurants and we walked (1 mile) back to the apartment after our concert at Nissan Stadium. The second bed in the living room works well for a small group of friends traveling together. It should be noted that the 1 bathroom must be accessed through the bedroom.

Place was Fantastic and definitely would recommend to anyone. Beautiful views, cozy and very relaxing. It was walking distance to everything with great restaurants right around the corner. Would definitely stay again!!

Had an awesome time in Nashville!!! Julie's place was close enough to all the main areas of the party town that is Nashville, and also close to Germantown, which is a bit more laid back. The accomodation itself was great, and we were maid to feel roght at home, and awesome veiws of the river!!! If we're ever back in Nashville, we'll be staying again for sure!!!

This is a great spot! Walkable to broadway, and super close to germantown! I loved being able to stroll around the area. Place is super cute and felt extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Nash’s stay was very nice! Very peaceful and great view, just a rainy weekend we visited. Very clean and easy to find! Would note that 4 bedrooms is really 3 due to office space, but great bnb!

We only came into town for one night for a concert, but Sydney’s instructions were very clear and the space was exactly what we expected. We would love to come back for a longer weekend in the future!

Great place and the house was decorated nicely! Lots of stairs.. hopefully your group can go up and down stairs easily. Great coffee bar set up and air conditioning worked well.

This was a perfect meeting place for a long weekend at the lake. The marina was super close which was very convenient. Our family enjoyed all the games and the massage chair was a bonus! This rental is the 2nd floor of a three floor home. I was a little nervous as this was the first time our family had rented a space like this. We could barely tell it was a shared home. Host was very easy to communicate with. Overall, we had a great stay!

This property was exactly what my party and I were looking for. We came for the Downtown fun but wanted be stay somewhere quiet and relaxing. The place was exactly as described. It was very clean and full of all of the amenities listed. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils pots and pans, etc.. The beds were very comfortable and equipped with a good quality, bedding and last, but not least the outdoor deck along with the covered carport makes it great for the hanging outside, relaxing, and getting some fresh air. The hosts was very responsive when messaging them about an issue with the Wi-Fi, which was an overlook on my part. All in all this will be my go to whenever back in Nashville..

Andrew was a great host, he was very friendly and helpful! The check in process was super easy and he was very clear about everything. The house was amazing and the views of the skyline at night are very pretty. He had also asked me what I was looking for in the area, and swiftly provided me some great local recommendations. I definitely plan to stay again one day, and would recommend Andrew’s listing to anyone in the area.

We loved the view of the river and especially the old train track bridge that goes right beside it. It was really a fun historic filling location only half a mile from Broadway. Scarlett also did a great job with anything that we had questions about or needed. Fantastic host.

We loved this condo on the river! It was perfect for my husband and I. Clean, great instructions and communication with the owner was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location for CMA fest activities and Broadway. Walkable with friends and easy for ride share options. Roomy for several people and all the amenities you need. Train noise didn’t bother us at all. Popular condo unit for other renters. Beds were SUPER comfy after a long day of Nashville!! I have copied the bedding for home! There isn’t a close grocery store/small store nearby to get basics but you can uber or have delivered. Would stay here again! Owner is very responsive.

Beautiful place right on the river. Far away enough from the craziness of Broadway but close enough to walk/scooter. Pool was a great bonus with plenty of chairs to lay out on. Clean, well stocked, and host was so quick to reply and so KIND. Perfect for 2 couples. We will be back!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here for our trip to Nashville. Close enough to downtown to walk or use the scooters but far enough away we didn’t hear downtown traffic and parties. Beautiful view of the river off the balcony.

Third floor, spacious accommodations with great view of Cumberland River. Comfortable and practical living area. Kitchen really well stocked, and bath with an abundance of fresh, white, fluffy towels! Easy parking. Thank you.

Jordan’s place was wonderful. Nice view of river. Very close to parking. Walk to downtown 20 minutes. He was extremely responsive when we had questions!
