Wonderful rooms, great location and courteous and friendly staff. Was above and beyond our expectations.

Molly was an amazing Host! She was very responsive and helpful with anything that we needed! Best Host we have had with a stay. The home was very comfortable. It was very clean. House is in a great location. Looking forward to our next stay!

This place is wonderful.. I love it my wife in I dnt wana stay at no other than than here. Every city we visit we’re looking Wyndham resort.. clean, cook ware, really dnt hve to leave, 2 outdoor pools 1 indoor pools, real nice grill n da park playground for kids..jucuzzi n 1 of the bedrooms. Dey r so nice always asking if u need anything dnt hesitate in Dey mean it. Had to situation were we needed something n we got it. Jus booked dis place n I promise u wldnt want to stay anywhere else .

Sally was a fantastic host! The room was clean and the exactly like the pictures described. Joe was also very helpful giving us recommendations for places to check out in Nashville and was kind enough to make us breakfast in the mornings.

Of all the wonderful places to stay in Big East Fork, Terrapin Station is definitely the coolest and coziest. Terrapin is a whole vibe. It’s got an at-home and lively feel to it. Quiet, but not too quiet. “Ain’t no place I’d rather be”

This was a great stay! Beautiful, nature-filled quiet scenery and easy to get to the city. The most impressive part was the genuine, warm hospitality we enjoyed throughout the stay. The breakfast was amazing! Great find.

We thoroughly enjoyed our few days at Hachland Hill. It was a great base for our trip to Nashville and a quiet place to regroup and rest after spending the days in the city. The breakfasts were a real treat and my daughter so appreciated the meatless plates the staff provided…just after mentioning in passing she was vegetarian when we checked in the night before. Nice personal touches all around and carefully curated throughout. Joe was super kind and friendly and I enjoyed our few chats. His local recommendations and stories of the history of the place and personal connection to it were so very interesting. We also reminisced about our days at UT…coincidentally we were both alumni and our time there overlapped. Hachland Hill was a wonderful addition to our weekend. Off the beaten path (but easy to get to) and so charming, this is truly a gem. We’d love to return sooner than later!

We had a great time. Also, they were super responsive and helpful. We loved the disco ball and music. The bartenders were so nice and friendly. Great, fun place overall.

Walking distance to Broadway, great restaurants and a Starbucks on site. Parking is additional fee (valet or public in the area).

Good area, very close to everything! Key code access helped to make us feel safe. Nice quiet safe area of Nashville!

Everything was fine We are all checked out only complaint was the water goes cold after 5-7 min when shaving and showering

Mars place was great! clean and has everything you need. Close to everything, and you get all the perks of a hotel since it's a timeshare. 5 min walk to Broadway. Mar is very helpful with check in and any questions.. we will definitly stay again when we come back! thank you

Great stay

It was perfect for our last minute, one night need. Clean. Washer & dryer. All the amenities. Check in was simple, the gentleman was very friendly & informative. Super comfy sleep! Location is great, but a little noisy in the morning, construction stuff. Close to all the happenings. Parking was a separate added cost, but was gated, so a solid plus! I'll be more mindful on future trips & factor in additional parking costs (garage fees are insane, $38 for just 3 hours!) vs maybe staying closer within' walking distance. Definitely keeping this on our rebook list though! Thank you!

Great place to stay in a pinch, definitely getting what you pay for

The area itself was a little sketchy. However, we felt safe and there were police nearby. As previously stated, we were very impressed with the great customer service from Angel that came across so naturally. She is truly an asset in our opinion.

The hotel was easy to access. It was very clean, and the staff was friendly.

Our family of 6 have been coming here for a few years now! Gorgeous views, perfect place for family and pets!! We absolutely 💯 come here every single time we stop in Tennessee!!! comfy and just the perfect 🥰 place for family fun and relaxing. We have had family from Florida stay here and they fell in love with this place too!! ❤️ 💕 Thanks Jay!

So only stayed for one night. Super nice, looked just like the pictures, front desk lady was the NICEST ever!

Suzanne was very responsive to us. We asked to have a pack n play in our room for our daughter and she arranged that for us. We had some bad weather while we stayed and she checked in with us to make sure we were okay and knew what to do should something happen.

We loved this place! It's modern and clean. Our only challenge was the parking. There are only 4 parking spaces under the building. If you can't get one you have to find parking on the street. Thankfully this wasn't too hard to do, but depending on the day and time it could be. But if you have a lot of stuff to unload it's kind of a pain.
