Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Downtown, Nashville

We were there for a quick weekend in Nashville and this place was perfect! The unit was clean and the decorations were cute. The unit was more spacious than expected which was a plus. The unit faces the back of the building and it was on a relatively quiet street, and street parking was available for additional cars. Broadway is about a 30 min walk or a 7 minute uber (we ubered since they were relatively cheap; average $12). It was also close to The Gulch which was awesome. The host was responsive when we had a question about parking and even let us check in a little early! I would recommend this place and likely book again!

Five stars all the way around. The place was clean and perfect for just me and my wife. There was also bunkbeds if we ever want to bring the family. It is 2 miles from Broadway. About a 45 minute walk. But there’s a great breakfast restaurant and a great pizza place right around the corner from the house.Also a great place to do my Crossfit workouts in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Steve was very friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. The property was just like the description, great for a large group.

We've been to AirBNBs in several countries and many states (and elsewhere in Nashville) and this was definitely one of our all-time faves. The way Kelli and Sarah use every inch of space inside Flatrock House yet make it feel spacious, full of light, and uncluttered is inspiring. Our hosts’ recommendation printouts were indispensable, our dog loved the enclosed backyard (and the modest pet fee). Cool selection of books/games/records, an awesome projector, a very cookable kitchen setup. Kelli and Sarah were so responsive and helpful as hosts while making us feel like we were all alone on our own quiet property. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a unique, great-value/immaculate-vibes stay in Nashville as many other options grow increasingly antiseptic, expensive, and management company–ish. The personal touch and perfect little home here really make Flatrock House stand out.

Great location, really easy to get anywhere from the place. Overall quiet neighborhood- only thing is that it backs up to the interstate so lots of traffic noise from that, but the neighborhood itself was very quiet, not a lot of street traffic, felt safe. Space was clean and comfortable, and backyard was PERFECT if you’re bringing dogs. Our dogs absolutely loved it. Check-in and check out were both extremely easy too.. possibly one of the easiest I’ve experienced in a while. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Close to downtown and 12 South, but in a quiet location and lowkey surroundings. House looked just like its photos. We were comfortable and happy with our choice.

Would definitely stay here again! Easy check-in & parking. Place was very clean! Far enough from noise but close enough to enjoy going out to Broadway. Great location. And the hosts were always responsive- I appreciated the fact they were willing to stay up later just to ensure I got checked in with no issues seeing I couldn’t make it up during the check in hours due to work. Highly recommend!

Michael was absolutely wonderful! The place was so nice and clean! I do however want to say that the step up to the bathroom/shower will get you everytime. 🤣 It’s close to everything and a lot of good restaurants! He also provided us with a huge list of places to eat/see/do! We had a wonderful time!

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

We enjoyed our stay. Convenient location, the condo was furnished and supplied with everything we needed. We did not have any issues or needs to contact Brigitte but we knew she was available if necessary. Thank you for a nice weekend.

Had a great stay with a big group of girls. It had everything we needed and the pool was great! Very clean. A couple things were missing - sheets for the pullout and a cutting board - and the hosts went and got them and brought them to us. Great and responsive hosts, good area, walkable to Broadway if you’re up for it (30 mins or so). The only thing is that the bunk bed in the second bedroom is REALLY high and doesn’t feel super secure. Overall great spot!

Don’s place was perfect—just enough space, close to the pool, easy to find. The bed was super comfy which was a plus. The space was decorated beautifully. Don was quick to respond to all questions. I would stay here again!

We had a great stay at Lulu's. It was exactly as described in every way and was everything you would want in an Airbnb. The check-in instructions may seem a little daunting but they are very detailed and shows pictures which made it super simple. Communication was great with Lulu and she was quick to reach out and make sure everything was okay for our stay. It was clean in every way, smelled great, and was extremely quiet. Our stay was during CMA Fest and Broadway was a 16-18 min walk and Nissan stadium about 26 minutes by foot. I would highly recommend this location and would certainly stay again on our next trip to Nashville. Also, don't let the murphy bed scare you. The memory foam mattress is extremely comfortable - no complaints! Thanks for everything Lulu, we had a great time.

This home was so fun to stay in with its themed rooms. Everything was beautiful and comfortable and exactly as described. Would highly recommend and would hope to stay there the next time we visit.

We stayed here for two nights and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was spotless, peaceful, and felt like a true home away from home. One of the biggest highlights for me was the yard—it’s spacious, well-kept, and completely fenced in, which was perfect for my dog to run around safely. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe, which made it easy to relax and unwind. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with a pet, this place checks all the boxes. I’d absolutely stay here again!

The property was well-maintained and was well-represented by the photos. I would definitely recommend Cortlandt's place and would book again when and or if I'm back in the Nashville area.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Barry’s. Before we arrived, Barry reached out and gave us clear check in instructions so there was no confusion. He greeted us when we arrived and had our dog meet his dogs (who were all lovely) so that they warmed up to each other quickly. The Airbnb itself was very clean, the air conditioning worked great, and there was even a bowl of peanut m&ms waiting for us on the counter (dangerous, but a great treat). The washer and dryer in the unit was a great touch, as we were able to do a load of laundry before we headed home. The location of the Airbnb is phenomenal—15 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. And the neighborhood is serene. We cannot recommend Barry and his Airbnb enough to anyone traveling to Nashville, especially if you are bringing your dog with you. Thanks for a great stay, Barry!

This unit was super clean and well stocked. Something that future guests should know is that the building is what seems to be converted office space. Office type exterior door and windows.

From the moment we arrived, everything about this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. The space is even more stunning in person — beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that give it a luxurious yet cozy feel, comfort with style. The place was incredibly spacious, for big groups. Perfect Nashville decor and plenty of areas to take fun group photos. One of the best parts of the experience were the hosts. They were incredibly responsive, kind, and proactive, checking in to make sure everything was perfect. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made a big difference and truly elevated the stay. We can't recommend this place enough and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Close to everything but far enough to be quiet and peaceful! A quick uber ride to broadway and all the fun! Extremely clean and cozy place! Jeremy was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend! Also, our flight was later in the day and we were able to store our luggage after checking out which was convenient!
