Tricia was so kind and helpful! She recommended so many different restaurants and local things to do. She knew it was our first time in pensacola so she let us know what to do! The condo was clean, we felt safe, and perfect for our weekend getaway! Definitely will be coming back again!!

Studio apartment is in a convenient location to downtown Pensacola and beach. Located in a nice neighborhood. Hosts were very friendly and helpful during our month-long stay. Highly recommend.

I wanted to find a cute spot for my family to stay while we enjoyed our vacation & this was just it! It was beautiful & peaceful. It looked exactly how the pictures and description said it would. Anytime I had a question or reached out they were responsive. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect. Just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, but still tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Our host was incredibly responsive, and helpful with recommendations. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the space welcoming for guests. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, beach gear, and a well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. I would and will absolutely book again!

We highly recommend the Palace. Beautiful area with lots of trees and parks within walking distance. The apartment was very clean with stylish decor. Kitchen is fully equipped with space for meal preparation. The neighborhood felt safe. It is in a good location with lots of entertainment and restaurants close by. Looking forward to staying here again.

This home was fantastic not only an amazing home but also very close to the naval base and close to the beach I would definitely stay here again

Stephen he was so friendly. The place was so clean and orden. Just the bathroom we saw some stain and powder above the toilet but not big deal. Otherwise the place I perfect if you are looking for a confortable location

Anna's condo was very nice and homey. Very comfortable staying there it's nice and quiet and very easy getting in and out. Would highly recommend to my friends and family.

This was a wonderful place to spend our spring break! Everything was clean, the decor beautiful, and the beds so comfy. I loved how quiet the neighbors were, and the location was perfect for heading to the beach or into Pensacola to visit colleges with our teen. No problems, great communication. Would 100% stay here again!

Very happy with this stay. We like to spend most of our time shopping and dining in Pensacola but we prefer the beaches in Navarre, so Gulf Breeze is the perfect. If you’re looking for a cutesy, professionally decorated place, this ain’t for you. If you do, however, want CLEAN, convenient to everything, cold a/c, and an easily-accessible place to sleep and shower, this is it. Daniel was responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again, if available when we come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It's located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was perfect for relaxing. The pool was absolutely amazing — clean, well-maintained, and great for both kids and adults. The house had everything we needed, and overall, the experience was smooth and pleasant. Would definitely recommend it

Love the place, very clean and worth every dollar paid.

Lovely little unit, it’s part of a house but fully separated. If the other side is loud, you can hear them so keep that in mind if you’re looking for complete quiet. Neighborhood is nice, we felt safe walking our dog around.

Excellent place. Just big enough for a couple of people who are staying together but want their own space. It was spotless, very clean, and I'm very picky about such things. Everything one would need to be comfortable and entertained when not out doing whatever you're in town to do. Loved it and would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Such an awesome spot. The beach was so close, the condo was in such a convenient area next to the elevator and pool. We had everything we needed and beds were very comfortable. Looks just like photos. Great communication, thank you Constance!

By far, this was one of the BEST and great times that we have had in any Airbnb thus far.. I will definitely be staying here again. The host were absolutely fantastic very nice and always responsive to all of our needs. Brian and his wife went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy comfortable and enjoyed our little mini Vacay I would recommend this 10/10

Funny enough we only stumbled upon this after our original Airbnb cancelled at another location due to urgent plumbing issues (and this happened to also be the only week available coincidentally, at Gina’s). We are so happy that ended up leading us to Gina’s retreat! We will most definitely return and book here. It was a perfect location and accurately described. We even decided to extend our trip a day just a few days before we were arriving. If you’re debating on booking, do it!!!🙂

Wow!! Just book it. Celebrated my 30th birthday & got engaged!! Woohoo! This has been by far my favorite place I’ve ever stayed! Beth has a beautiful condo! We will definitely be back next year.

Our stay at Kathy Bell’s condo in Sans Souci Room 308 was absolutely amazing—truly better than we expected. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view right on the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony was a highlight of our trip. Kathy was a great host and made everything seamless from start to finish. It was genuinely hard to pack up and leave when our vacation ended. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

This space is beautiful and the host is welcoming. My hard to please teen daughters loved it lol I can’t wait to visit again!
