Super responsive host and very clean house. Kitchen had absolutely everything you could imagine which was very nice.

Everything about our stay was great! The home was very clean. We liked that the yard was fenced high from the road with privacy. The outdoor shower was great. Would highly recommended.

Andrew’s place was wonderful. I appreciate the washer and dryer. Clean and everything it needed to be in a nice area. There were plenty of things to do within a 10 minute walk and the beach is not far at all. 10/10

This house was amazing the pictures do not do it justice. Very nice and comfortable all amenities that you could ask for in a Airbnb. Cozy and clean, great location away from the chaos of being next to the beach but an easy drive to get to said chaos. Lots of restaurants around the area. When we go back I hope this house is available for us to stay again!

Let me start by saying, we are not huge fans of over-developed beachside Florida. We both grew up going every year back when it was a best-kept secret. However, our stay in Gulf Breeze changed our "old folk" attitudes completely. The community had it all within 15 minutes. This sweet property with its great fenced in backyard was a huge hit with our miniature schnauzers. They especially loved the early morning sprinklers😂 and outdoor living. We enjoyed being so close to beautiful, pristine beaches. We can't wait to get back!

Jared’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Great location, close to downtown, groceries, markets and a short drive to the beach. Jared was friendly and responsive. The kitchen was equipped with oils and seasonings and all the pots & pans needed. I had a night in lounging and watching Netflix. The bedroom has its own AC which is so nice also. Id book again next time I’m in Pcola!

I wanted to find a cute spot for my family to stay while we enjoyed our vacation & this was just it! It was beautiful & peaceful. It looked exactly how the pictures and description said it would. Anytime I had a question or reached out they were responsive. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

The room was really nice and spacious. It was a few mins from the beach. It had a really good seafood restaurant right down the street. The best part was the pool being outside your door. They had everything you would need including children’s toys and life vests. We enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect. Just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, but still tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Our host was incredibly responsive, and helpful with recommendations. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the space welcoming for guests. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, beach gear, and a well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. I would and will absolutely book again!

Shannon and her husband were great. The place was very cute and just like the pictures. It was the perfect size our family. Walking distance to restaurants and only 20 minutes from the beach.

We highly recommend the Palace. Beautiful area with lots of trees and parks within walking distance. The apartment was very clean with stylish decor. Kitchen is fully equipped with space for meal preparation. The neighborhood felt safe. It is in a good location with lots of entertainment and restaurants close by. Looking forward to staying here again.

Our stay in Pensacola was absolutely wonderful. The hosts were communicative, thoughtful, and incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. The home itself was spotless and full of character—clearly cared for with love and attention to detail. The amenities really set this stay apart. There were games and activities available that kept our son entertained, and we enjoyed a few friendly rounds of basketball and foosball in the backyard. It was a great space for family time. Inside, the hosts went above and beyond by including helpful touches like a white noise machine, which made bedtime easier for our baby. It’s clear the home was set up with comfort and convenience in mind. The location was perfect—situated in a friendly, safe neighborhood with parking just steps from the front door. It was easy to unload and load our things. We were within walking distance of several parks, downtown events, local restaurants, and even the Saturday morning market. Great location in a nice neighborhood. Close to Pensacola and the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. The backyard was fantastic. So relaxing with a fire pit. Would definitely visit again when in the area.
