Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Downtown, Pensacola

This was a great place for us - we had a wonderful time - it's centrally located and in a quiet neighborhood, on a canal where you can fish and trap crabs.... we just had so much fun sitting out and enjoying the deck and also watching the guys fish. Krystal was very gracious and was a great host. They have items you wouldn't normally have access to such as items for toddlers and children, which was nice so as to not have to travel with bulky items you will always need for a toddler. Our grandson LOVED being outside. We loved our time there, being able to visit with family at the house and in the Milton area. We definitely plan to rent again when in the area. Thank you for everything! It was a wonderful time.

Brandon’s place is a nice hidden gem. Very clean and well kept. We truly enjoyed our stay and wish it was longer.

Loved our stay! Cute and close to all the fun beach things. Open space living area into kitchen made it nice for our baby to walk around freely.

Brett’s place was a great place to stay. It was close to a lot of things, and a small drive to the beach. My family of 4 had plenty of room in his home. Brett let us check in early, which was a plus. I would rent his home again.

The property is amazing! The pictures sold me but seeing it was the icing on the cake! Everything was well stocked, and the instructions were very clear. Even sitting on the porch was nice with the evening breeze and watching the joggers and walkers gave an extra serene and safe feeling! It is close to everything without being in a crowded area. Debbie is a wonderful host, very responsive, and non-intrusive (which some have experienced before with other hosts). I would definitely stay here again when visiting Pensacola!

this definitely was such a a great stay. Me, my husband and my 2 kids stayed. it was quite, clean, close to the beach.. if we are ever back in Pensacola id definitely stay here again. host was great. responsive & over all this was the perfect stay!! thank y'all so much. we enjoyed it more than words can describe. so clean,. comfortable, cozy. I wish i could give more than 5 stars because it's OUTSTANDING... 10 out of 10!!!!!! thank y'all. God bless you!!!!!!

Let me start by saying, we are not huge fans of over-developed beachside Florida. We both grew up going every year back when it was a best-kept secret. However, our stay in Gulf Breeze changed our "old folk" attitudes completely. The community had it all within 15 minutes. This sweet property with its great fenced in backyard was a huge hit with our miniature schnauzers. They especially loved the early morning sprinklers😂 and outdoor living. We enjoyed being so close to beautiful, pristine beaches. We can't wait to get back!

Loved the layout of this home, very functional. All the appliances worked great, which is important to us because we like to cook! Really appreciated the comfortable beds and quiet nighttime neighborhood; made for wonderful sleep. Very safe and walkable area. It’s just a short drive to downtown. We are walkers so would drive the 1.5 miles to the Wahoo Stadium which is on Pensacola Bay, and walk along the water. There’s also a nice new park and little beach there; Bruce Pool Beach. We very much enjoyed our month stay!!

Clifton & Candace’s place was amazing! It was so nice and clean inside the house and had the most amazing view of the golf course. Clifton and Candace were amazing hosts! The house was stocked with everything you’d need and felt right at home. It was easy to get to the beach from there and had plenty of stores and activities nearby. I definitely will be staying again in the future!

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect. Just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, but still tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Our host was incredibly responsive, and helpful with recommendations. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the space welcoming for guests. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, beach gear, and a well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. I would and will absolutely book again!

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic stay. I’m from Molino, she’s from Palm Coast and hasn’t spent much time in our area. Our place was affordable and centrally located. This was a workcation and she needed a dependable Wi-Fi signal and a space with plenty of light for her remote work. The bathtub was huge, the sinks were rounded tempered glass, everything we needed was available, there was a second bedroom that we didn’t even use and a patio. The bonus was being five minutes from everything . . . . . the library, bookstores, restaurants and the movies. We visited the beach, hit the seafood market and strolled through the Veterans Memorial Park. The only thing we didn’t get to do together was use the fireplace, but we made a lot of memories. This is our second time staying at one of Gary’s properties and it did not disappoint. Beautiful interior, all the amenities that you would need and only a short drive to the beach. Perfect for vacation :)
