Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown, Pensacola

I’ve been to Pensacola plenty of times and this was the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in! Everything looks just like the pictures! This place literally has everything you need!! I would definitely recommend and definitely stay here again!

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect. Just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, but still tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Our host was incredibly responsive, and helpful with recommendations. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the space welcoming for guests. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, beach gear, and a well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. I would and will absolutely book again!

This was a wonderful place to spend our spring break! Everything was clean, the decor beautiful, and the beds so comfy. I loved how quiet the neighbors were, and the location was perfect for heading to the beach or into Pensacola to visit colleges with our teen. No problems, great communication. Would 100% stay here again!

Very happy with this stay. We like to spend most of our time shopping and dining in Pensacola but we prefer the beaches in Navarre, so Gulf Breeze is the perfect. If you’re looking for a cutesy, professionally decorated place, this ain’t for you. If you do, however, want CLEAN, convenient to everything, cold a/c, and an easily-accessible place to sleep and shower, this is it. Daniel was responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again, if available when we come back.

We highly recommend the Palace. Beautiful area with lots of trees and parks within walking distance. The apartment was very clean with stylish decor. Kitchen is fully equipped with space for meal preparation. The neighborhood felt safe. It is in a good location with lots of entertainment and restaurants close by. Looking forward to staying here again.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay! We stayed for a girls trip weekend get away and it was perfect! The couch is huge and fits so many people! The beds were so comfy and she shower was AMAZING! Would definitely book again!

We just stayed 5 nights at this condo in Pensacola. It was easy to find and kind of set apart from a lot of the other buildings. It has some privacy but is still close enough to plenty of restaurants, the boardwalk, and the pier. The condo is beautifully furnished, very clean, and fully stocked with every day things that you need: dishes, towels, coffee & creamer, and even some board games. The view of the gulf is gorgeous and the beach is not too over crowded. The host was very kind and helpful and always responded promptly whenever we had a question for her. We would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Pensacola, you won’t be disappointed!

A great location, walkable to the beach and downtown! We enjoyed our first visit to Pensacola and felt so relaxed when we came back to rest. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely stunning home very clean and was perfect for our stay!! Indika is very responsive, helpful, and friendly. We loved everything about our stay here we felt right at home.

Andrew’s place was wonderful. I appreciate the washer and dryer. Clean and everything it needed to be in a nice area. There were plenty of things to do within a 10 minute walk and the beach is not far at all. 10/10

This place is is well worth the money. 3 big bedrooms. 2 1/2 bathrooms. Lots of room. Amenities was nice, like bathroom stuff,laundry stuff,kitchen stuff. The beach stuff was great. The fenced in backyard was perfect for my furbaby.

This house was perfect for multiples families. We all had our own space/bathrooms and the common areas were roomy and comfy. The extras (pack and play, highchair and huge box of toys) was great for my toddler. The location is great! Walkable to the downtown area/Palafox. Overall very happy.

Jared’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Great location, close to downtown, groceries, markets and a short drive to the beach. Jared was friendly and responsive. The kitchen was equipped with oils and seasonings and all the pots & pans needed. I had a night in lounging and watching Netflix. The bedroom has its own AC which is so nice also. Id book again next time I’m in Pcola!

We had a wonderful day! Great for a big family! Mom and dad and four kids! The kitchen was great and we loved the screened in porch and the backyard is where we spent most of our time! We will definitely book the house again when we come back and visit! Oh, the master bathroom set up is phenomenal!

Family of 3 and we had a very comfortable and relaxing visit. This home is a very short walking distance from Publix and a cute coffee shop. Home was as described and very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended.

My family loved our stay. The pool was amazing!! We enjoyed evenings by the pool side/spa while listening to bands. The home was clean and well stocked. King size bed was comfy and my son said the pull out couch was just as good. We would stay again!
