Really appreciated their allowing us to put our electric bikes in a fenced area out of sight as we had some concerns. Francis and his wife were very friendly and helpful. 5 Stars – A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Federal Hill! Staying at Diane’s place was an absolute dream! The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of historic charm that made it feel both cozy and special. Located right above Venda Ravioli—one of the best spots for authentic Italian food in all of New England—you truly can’t beat the location. Federal Hill is already known for its vibrant culture and incredible dining, but being able to walk downstairs and grab fresh pasta, espresso, or a world-class meal was a next-level experience. Diane clearly puts a lot of thought and care into the space. Every detail felt considered, from the decor to the amenities. I can’t recommend this place highly enough for anyone visiting Providence. Whether you're a foodie, a history lover, or just someone looking for a clean, beautiful place to stay—this is it.

It is what it appears to be. A clean, spacious place that's easy to access and conveniently located. Good restaurants within 10 minutes and so close to all the weird, old stuff on College Hill. It was a perfect location for spending the morning doing the Lovecraft Providence walking tour. The owners were very responsive and even let us leave our car parked on the property after we checked out, which was great for strolling around without having to worry about a deadline. I would definitely stay again.
