Studio apartment for two persons is in a house with several apartments, on the ground floor with separate entrance. It is a quite small studio (20 m2) but has all necessary for two people on vacation. There is a table with two chairs outside. The house is situated 300 m from the city center and 400 m from the beach, it takes 10 minutes walk. There is a lot of free parking space near the house. The owner lives in the same house. Included in the price: parking, final cleaning, wi-fi, tourist tax.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 10 giorni. Siamo stati accolti dalla mamma di Adis persona gentile educata e sempre col sorriso, ci ha viziati con i suoi fichi a km0. L'appartamento ristrutturato da poco,ampio, pulito e completo di tutti i confort (clima, stoviglie,piano induzione,asciugamani, ecc..). Posizione strategica per girare l'isola in auto. Apprezzato molto la tranquillità del posto ( unici suoni il belare delle pecore il canto dei galli e il cinguettio degli uccelli). Apprezzatissimo il box per l'auto, e a disposizione la lavanderia con lavatrice e detersivi. Ottima vista sulle montagne, la sera piacevole frescura per poter mangiare sul terrazzino, fornitoanche si ombrellone.
