For a stay in Normandy, this is the ideal rental, located between Mont St Michel, St-Malo on one side and the landing beaches, Caen, Deauville, Etretat etc. on the other. Philippe welcomed us upon our arrival with kindness, a small bottle of cider in the fridge as a welcome. He listened to us in relation to what we wanted to visit and sent us good detailed addresses throughout our stay on the different visits and dining places and various things to do in the area. It's 100% satisfaction, we highly recommend it. Thank you again Philippe for all your advice, your welcome and your kindness. See you soon.

We had a great time with the family. Stephan welcomed us very warmly with a great island meal. Very large, and spacious accommodation, it offers a lot of activities, billiards / foosball / barbecue..... The jaccouzi is a big plus. I highly recommend!!:)

We had a very good stay. The place is peaceful! The cottage is very nice, very clean, and the bedding is good quality. The garden is charming! and the children were able to enjoy the pool.

Everything was wonderful, we really appreciated the tranquility and the animals, especially Kimi who visited us several times I recommend shopping and cooking directly there as there are no restaurants nearby, the kitchen is really well stocked and in the outdoor space there is also a private grill already equipped with what you need to light the fire.

We were warmly welcomed by Régine and Laurent. They are responsive and very friendly. The cottage is modern and comfortable and at our convenience. It is close to all the beautiful places you wanted to see: Mont St Michel, Dinan , St Malo, Cancale and its coast... And we had sunshine😉.

We had a very good weekend with 4 couples of friends whose accommodation is well equipped.

The two sisters Sabine and Nicole are very good and very friendly hosts. We felt very comfortable. The garden was particularly impressive - a little paradise. The proximity to the sea (incl. view of Mont Saint Michel). Although both only speak French, this was not a problem thanks to today's technology. Once again, a big thank you to the two ladies. The space is even more beautiful in real life than in the photo. I recommend taking the time to stroll around the place, enjoying the terrace, the woods and the pond. The proximity of remarkable sites is appreciable. Nathalie's advice, especially for restaurants, was useful to us. Special touches: bouquet of flowers, gift basket, personalized note, champagne glasses at the spa were particularly appreciated. I highly recommend this beautiful accommodation 🤩

We had a great stay in this charming house. The photos are consistent with those posted on the site. Nice garden with its garden table. Very quiet place!! The house is warm, decorated with a lot of taste, sobriety and simplicity, you feel at home. The kitchen is equipped with utensils in excellent condition, nothing is missing for cooking. Thank you also for the groceries, especially the coffee. The bedding is very comfortable!! I'm happy to come back. Thank you Hélène for coming to meet us and for being very available

Douglas is very nice and flexible on arrival and departure times Warm house without fuss, very practical with young children, enclosed garden, greenhouse with office, very practical for coloring (beware of stairs for children under 3 years old, access to the beach 10 minutes walk). Saint Jean is a charming village with bakery and small supermarket. For people sensitive to light, namely no shutters or blackout curtains, personally it did not bother me Note beds made and towels and that's great

We had a pleasant stay in the cottage. The house is very well renovated, with nice decoration and very clean. Some board games available which was very nice. The equipment for 2 babies was perfect. The house is light and calm. We enjoyed the sea view at the end of the village (a few dozen meters away) and the walks in the surroundings. The garden is fully fenced, which is very safe for children or pets. We recommend this place to stay.

Excellent stay with friends. We enjoyed this lovely cottage, very quiet, in the countryside and close to the sea. The two bedrooms are spacious, bright, each have their own bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is very well equipped and the stove is very nice in the evening. Thanks to Garance for his warm welcome, the delicious artichokes, the flare-up before our late arrival!

What a wonderful place to stay - if you’re looking for a unique place to stay that is quiet and so relaxing, this is your spot. The hosts are so friendly with wonderful recommendations, and the house is exactly as described. The hosts were so accommodating to the times we needed and even when flight and rental car delays occurred, they were flexible to accommodate us. Highly recommend!

Wonderful, supportive host and a beautiful, cozy, well-located apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We felt more than welcome and really enjoyed our (unfortunately too short) stay!

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. We had a very quiet and restful 2 night stay in the gite. It was in very tranquil surroundings and perfect if you want to get away from it all, but be within distance of the coast and other attractions. The accommodation was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Claire and her family were extremely friendly and helpful and very proactive in asking if we needed any help & reaching out to offer advice about the locality, etc. We would definitely like to return next time we are in the area.

Rachel is very welcoming, warm and caring. Although she lives on site, she was discreet and respectful of our privacy. The accommodation is great and clean, well equipped for a family stay (6 adults and 2 babies), comfortable bedding. The jacuzzi was ready when we arrived, it was very nice. The house is located in a quiet hamlet, in the countryside. The land is entirely enclosed by fences, no overlooking neighbors. In short, we loved staying at Rachel's!!!

If you want to have a pleasant and relaxing stay in the bay of Mont St Michel, this accommodation is for you! A well-located house (near the center of Genêts), comfortable and quiet. You can buy bread and picnic supplies at the village bakery (a mention for their homemade ice cream and sorbets!!), do your shopping and fill up your car at the Super U, which is a few kilometers away. Stéphanie, although not living nearby, is very responsive and goes out of her way to be helpful! We recommend her accommodation without hesitation...

We spent an extended stay in this beautiful house that has just been built. It is very large and the landscape is splendid in almost all the rooms. We were able to enjoy the sublime sunsets from the hot tub. We also want to thank the concierge for their welcome, advice, kindness and responsiveness.

An excellent place to relax after a day of 'stepping' and to the shades of the bay and its natural richness; all this with a beautiful view of the Mont-Saint-Michel; but the greatest asset is the warm, warm, warm charm of Isabelle.

A great stay at the place. Very quiet and thoughtfully furnished, note quality equipment (including bedding). Sylvie and Bruno were very welcoming and full of good tips for discovering the region. We highly recommend and will be back with great pleasure!
