The house is just a 5-minute drive from Teror and 10 minutes from the GC-3 highway that connects with the North/Center and South of the island, as well as with Tamaraceite that has all the amenities.

The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)
