Far from the roads and the hustle and bustle, it is a 2-hectare green setting, set with majestic oaks, bordered by a stream and punctuated by a small pond.

Nous vous proposons un studio équipé d'une kitchenette, d'une salle de bain et d'une chambre spacieuse dans laquelle vous pourrez profiter du calme de la campagne. La décoration est soignée et cosy. Dès le mois de juin vous pourrez profiter de l'espace piscine ( la piscine est chauffée et réservée uniquement aux locataires du chalet et aux propriétaires ) Vous disposez d'un accès privé au logement, d'une terrasse pour déjeuner et d'une place de parking attenante au chalet.

1 hour and 15 minutes from Paris Montparnasse, we will come to pick you up by car. We are 10 minutes from the Courville-sur-Eure train station. Do you want nature, wellness and relaxation without going too far? We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.

The Atelier is a bright and warm cottage, ideal for stays for families or groups of friends. It accommodates up to 8 guests, with the possibility of adding cots or children's mattresses. The large table provides dining space for 8, a side table can be added for 15 guests. Open kitchen, antique furniture, original paintings and wood-burning stove. Up to 14 people with the adjoining house bedrooms. 3 minutes from Épernon, just outside Paris.

At the home but independent, upstairs bedroom of a small annex next to our house. 7-minute walk to Épernon station (40 minutes from Paris by train) Quiet, on the edge of the woods. Beautifully decorated, this charming attic room, refurbished, has a shower room with bath towels. An espresso machine is also available as well as a kettle and tea. Outside, a small table and 2 chairs to enjoy your breakfast or relax.

Guest House fully available, located in the annex of our main house. We are happy to share our garden with you, in addition to a private terrace. Only 1 hour from Paris, our beautiful cottage will allow you to enjoy a peaceful environment in the countryside. You can enjoy beautiful walks in the forest a short walk from the house, and discover the many equestrian centers and cultural places nearby.
