Welcome to the heart of a farmhouse renovated by us. You will stay in an outbuilding on our property. Accommodation located a 5-minute drive from the city center, in a quiet countryside offering a green landscape. But also about 30 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, the beaches of Carolles, Jullouville, Kairon and Granville. Close to the highway to catch Caen or Rennes, barely 1 hour away. Direct access to the GR22 which passes in front of the gate. GR 22 which leads to Mont Saint Michel.

Nestled in the heart of a pretty village house called Les Demoiselles de Courtils, Léonie's attic invites you to take a break between Normandy and Brittany, just 10 kilometers from Mont-Saint-Michel. Decorated with taste and passion for antique objects, the gently old-fashioned atmosphere of Léonie's attic, completely renovated and equipped in 2020, envelops you in memories of the past. With friends, family or just the two of you, make a stop at Les Demoiselles de Courtils.

Autonomous waterfront retreat

Come and unwind in this unique cabin located in the heart of the Normandy countryside. The 55m2 cabin comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen, and a bathroom. Constructed from durable and recycled materials, this refuge has been designed to accommodate you for a peaceful stay in a green setting. However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

My Preference Pool Sauna

You will stay in a comfortable cottage with an indoor pool heated to 30° all year round, sauna and treadmill, all in a beautiful 100 m2 room. Bed linen, bath towels and adult bathrobes are provided. Ideal for a relaxing or sporting holiday, possibility of tourist discoveries (15 minutes from Mt St Michel, 20 minutes from Granville, 20 minutes from St Malo, Cancale etc.) Discover the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, the Chausey Islands and its salt meadows sheep.

Mont St Michel Countryside

Relax in this little stone house renovated in 2025. Several visits are available to you during your stay (Mont Saint-Michel, Granville, Saint-Malo, Cancale, Fougères, Saint-James...). The house consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom. This is a single-story house. The beds will be ready upon arrival and we provide a baby bed if needed. Bathroom linens are included. There is an outdoor park with garden furniture, barbecue and petanque court.

Domaine de l'Isle Manière (near Mont-Saint-Michel)

In the countryside, the nearest town is less than a 10-minute drive away and it is ideally located 30 minutes from Granville and St Malo. This will allow you to discover the entire bay of Mt St Michel.
