Waikiki Shore 1305 - Beachfront

The condo itself was incredible. Blew our expectations out of the water. I would have appreciated some clearer information about the check-in process. Someone meets you at the property to check you in once you arrive, and you are expected to schedule this before your arrival. However, it turned out to not actually be a scheduled meeting where someone meets you there right at the specified time, and it is not like a hotel, where you walk right up to the counter and check in and go to your room. We had scheduled our check-in time, per the agreement, reached out when we got into our Lyft to let them know we would be there 2 minutes late, and then had to wait 20 minutes after actually arriving with all our luggage in the lobby for the guy to show up to let us in. That part was a little frustrating, but if that is the norm, and had we had the appropriate expectation, that frustration could have been avoided. Outside of that, though, the experience was 10/5 stars. The view cannot be beat.

Frank’s place was near everything in Waikiki! There are many food places within walking distance of the area plus stores you can get your souvenirs from. The beach is right in front of the building - and frank even provides snorkels and chairs that you can use at the beach! The washer/dryer in the unit was very helpful so we didn’t have dirty clothes checking out. This condo has everything you need!

This suite was wonderful. I felt at home and comfortable. Really clean. Everything I needed was in the apartment. The bed is comfy. Great view and location. I didn’t need to contact the host while I was staying because everything was perfect but I have no doubt if I did they would have been very responsive. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!

Incredible Ocean/Harbor View 15th Flr llikai Suite

Over all thank you for the stay. Active duty military checking in for a couple days. Unfortunately my flight got delayed a few hours and didn’t land till almost 1 am with 6 bags. Security guards didn’t care about anything when i asked for help for a bag cart. When i asked the people in the lobby they said they had no baggage carts at all. So, shuffled all bags up by myself. Next morning there were carts everywhere. Most minor inconvenience but over all great place. Thank you.
