What a wonderful lake house! There’s 2 full kitchens, 3 full baths, and three floors of living space- it’s a wonderful spot to spread out or house multiple families. The best part is the gorgeous view of the lake from the many windows and beautiful porch. The hummingbird feeder attracts hundreds of visits every day. The hosts are gracious and communicative. Don’t hesitate to book this place- it has everything you need and more.

The apartment was gorgeous and super clean! Views were stunning! Comfortable bedrooms and great outdoor seating areas to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Brooke was responsive and lived right next door if we needed anything. Getting in and out was so easy. I really liked the tethered key system, we didn’t have to keep track of anything while we were out adventuring. Was a quick ten minutes to downtown, with lots of restaurants and shopping.

Everything was perfect! A peaceful, beautiful place to stay while visiting Durango. I wish I could have stayed longer, would definitely recommend!

Aiyana's home was a beautiful hidden gem! Very cozy and clean. The beds were comfortable, and she has beautiful yard located near a creek and many trails, close to town. There are actually four units close together so it would also work for a group or larger family. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone!!!

My requirements are clean, safe & great location. This place met them all. For the age of the building, I was surprised at how clean it was. The beds were comfortable & the place was very quiet. I highly recommend it.

I stayed here for an extended stay, so I feel I can write a very descriptive review. Starting with the unit itself, it was very convenient having a full size fridge. The two burner stove was just what you need, and the kitchen is fully stocked with basic appliances (I chose to bring a larger coffee pot). The unit is at the end of the hallway which makes it quieter. The bed is very comfy, and the views are to die for. Also, perfect sunlight in the morning. The bathroom is a little dated, but not a big deal! Having access to the sauna and hot tub is perfect after a long day of skiing. Mainly got busy around 3-4 but dead before and after. And the gym is state of the art!!!!! I think the best part! I did not eat at the restaurants so can’t comment on that. Only 10 minutes to Purgatory resort! BUT there is NO shuttle. The description is inaccurate. Other than that, I would stay here every winter! I thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

Great stay! Our toddler loved all the toys on site and spent literal hours at the creek. Location was nicely situated to visit both Mesa Verde and Silverton, and we appreciated all the cooking equipment and kid-friendly supplies!

This is the perfect spot if you are visiting Mancos. It is such a charming little place. So many cool shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Amazing biking and hiking and water activities all within 15-20 minutes. The space was perfect for our group and we really loved being so close to everything.

Great place to stay! Well worth the money! The hospitality from Lee and his wife makes you really feel welcomed!

If you want a place to relax, this is it. Lesley is a wonderful host and her home is exactly what it looks like in the photos and it's beautiful and clean and wonderful. She responds quickly to questions and her home is clean and bright. Don't pass up a chance to stay there!

Brittany’s place was very nice! We loved the location with the river & the train. The apartment had very nice finishes. All the linens were very nice and the bed was great! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals. Lovely place. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay at Silke’s condo in downtown Durango. We really enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and shops within a few blocks from the condo.

This place is amazing, absolutely beautiful and very homey inside. Would definitely come back in the future

Angie and Cole are amazing hosts - they were so receptive and helpful for our rescheduling needs of our Airbnb due to my partner’s illness that came on very suddenly. They were extremely communicative, helpful, and kind! They even left us roses and candy for our honeymoon. We loved the space of the Airbnb too and the location was perfect for our time in Durango. My only comments would be that some of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty upon our arrival, and the Airbnb itself could use a deep clean but our bedding and everything else was pristine. We loved our stay here. Thank you so much, Angie and Cole!!

My girlfriend and I loved our stay at Kristen’s condo! I personally think it’s even nicer in person than what they’re able to depict in the pictures. The area was gorgeous, peaceful, and comfy. The club property that it’s in also has so much to it; we took advantage of the gym, got some gelato from one of the restaurants, and took a walk on the huge property. It was a little chilly in the apartment when we went (but not terribly so / winter conditions) and so it was a little confusing figuring out how to get the bedroom specifically comfortable temp wise for us. There’s a lot of blankets to use that solved the situation for us though. The bed was also very comfy! But everything else was great!

Highly recommend! The house had beautiful views, was very clean, and felt like home. We’d definitely stay here again. The view from the hot tub is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Rhonda And Todd’s very communicative and helpful.

Unit was very nice, well cleaned with many upgrades. The whole resort is immaculate with great views and amenities . Nearest grocery store is 10 miles away so take what you need. Excellent place , would go to the resort again as well as this unit.

Everything was great

GREAT location just at the end of town. Walkable to the train station, coffee shops (Durango Bagel 😋), boutiques, restaurants, etc. Clean & cozy space. Super helpful staff! Kids loved the rec room. Enjoyed the hot tub! Great stay!

The check in was a little odd. I think this property is a timeshare so we were communicating with someone over the app but there was also a front desk staff that didn’t seem to communicate with the owners. However we loved the location and the room was great. We had plenty of space and could even hear the concert at the restaurant next door from our porch (it ended by 9).

This is the best place to stay at Purgatory Resort. Ski-in Ski-out is an understatement. Literally, skied right to ski lift. I would recommend staying here every trip to Purgatory Resort. Kris is always helpful in every aspect.

Such a beautiful place! The view was amazing . Very easy to get to. The room was clean and neat. About 25 minutes from Durango. Loved our stay!
