We have remodeled two single-story historic homes into several patio rooms with thick adobe walls, hand-hewn vigas, custom Talavera tiles and saltillo tiled floors. Most rooms have gated private patios however, 15, 16 and 17 share a larger outdoor courtyard. We cannot guarantee a specific room or layout for Airbnb guests. Our patio rooms are available with King, Queen or 2 Queen-sized beds, microwaves, refrigerators, coffee, + guest robes. Each room is unique + all are fantastic!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Artful Studio at Iconic Property

Perfectly situated in the middle of town near major Marfa attractions, MOTEL is a thoughtful, multi-year adobe renovation spearheaded by craftsman, Jantzen Matzdorff who is known for intentional restorations and putting his entire heart into his work. The ‘Avery’ is a must see studio space w/ free parking; featuring designer furniture and linens. Perfect location steps from the Plaza. This unit features a full kitchen, a fully tiled bathroom with original 1899 windows and hand selected mid-century modern furniture by local design firm Built Design. A Oaxacan-tiled backsplash and exposed beam accent the full kitchen. The unit is situated in the brand new 215 Washington ‘invisible service’ hotel just steps from the Santa Fe Plaza.

In a hidden corner between the tiny village of Chama and the wilderness, there is a haven from the world. We call it Wildsong Retreat. Spend your day in charming Chama or nearby tourist favorite Pagosa Springs; ride our own Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Railroad or picnic on the Continental Divide Trail. Then enjoy an evening in your lovely room or wander the property listening to the wild songs of birds, bugling elk, and wind in the pines around the campfire. You won't want to leave.

Wildwood Canyon Inn-Silver Meadows Room

Features King Bed, whirlpool tub, gas fireplace, sitting area, and private balcony. This room will surround you with a sense of calm amid silver blue tones, serving as a perfect backdrop for your views of the aspen-covered mountains. For this room, we provide one, free, off street parking in a controlled parking lot 1/2 block from the Inn. Note: shower is in tub and curtain comes down for use. Victorian Carriage House Studio

Heritage House is a turn of the century Victorian inn, cafe, drinkery, and event venue in the heart of Corrales. The Carriage House building has been carefully restored into two suites of the inn. This listing is for one side of the building, a spacious 437 square foot studio bedroom with a large en suite bathroom, mini kitchenette, and a private courtyard.
