Walking distance to Duke's East Campus, the South Ellerbee Creek Trail head, and Brightleaf and Central Park Districts, including the best coffee, food, beer, and shopping that Durham has to offer! **A note about a smoke smell. There was a fire in the building and we had some smoke damage, but as of October, 2025, the issue has been resolved.**
