We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Directly from the cottage, we can admire the views of the Great Owl and Śnieżka. There is also a large covered terrace and a cozy fire pit with an adjustable grate, wood for the fireplace and fire pits provided. The property is located on a spacious fenced plot surrounded by meadows and nearby forests. Access is via a 500m gravel road

Intimate cottage in a birch forest with a panorama of Ślęża

A unique place hidden in a birch grove on the edge of a recreational village at the foot of the Owl Mountains. A house in harmony with nature, made of wood, draws water from a well, and is powered by solar energy. The terrace among the birches makes you part of the energetic space, and the trees naturally protect you from the sun in summer. Thanks to the large glazing, you will feel like an element of the forest ecosystem. The bedroom overlooks Ślęża, one of several chakras in Poland.

Climatic apartment Rybnica Leśna

The apartment is located on the ground floor in a former farm from 1887 with an area of about 40 m2. Guests have at their disposal a separate bedroom with two beds, a kitchen with a hob, a fridge, an electric kettle, a microwave and a set of dishes for preparing meals. The kitchen also has a sofa bed for two people, less comfortable than the beds in the bedroom;) A climatic bathroom with a shower. The space is dedicated to 1-4 people. A place to stay and relax for the family. We have apartments with a view of the garden with a fish pond, sauna, hot tub, a place for a bonfire and a playground for children. In the area, there are hiking trails to the Ślęża mountain with the possibility of playing at the rope park. There are many bike trails in the area. The apartments are located on the first floor with a separate entrance. The ground floor is occupied by the host.

We offer a two-room apartment located in the very center of the city, about 30m from the market square. The apartment consists of a spacious, bright bedroom with two comfortable single beds (with the possibility of connecting them), a living room with air conditioning, an open fully equipped kitchen, a hallway and a bathroom with a washing machine. In the living room there is, among other things, a comfortable double sofa bed.
