Great accommodation with everything we needed. Andrew, you have a lovely place. Good location - walking distance to local shops, pubs, restaurants and Metro.

Perfect space for 2 people. Clean and has everything you need. A small shop opposite the house to get some basics from too. For those wondering it was about a 20 min walk to get to the Metro that takes you into Newcastle city centre. Great communication from Laura. We had a lovely stay and have zero complaints.

A very nice very clean place with all necessary amenities and within easy walking distance for the Metro for a swift journey into Newcastle. Dean has renovated the property to a very high standard and always responded quickly to any queries. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

We had the most relaxing (rare mam and dad night off) in the most gorgeous tiny home.. Laura had thought of pretty much everything and the hut is so cleverly laid out with cosy / quirky interior - the bed especially was a favourite. Watching the baby calf’s play chase with the pheasants was an extra to the beautiful peaceful surroundings. Wish we had stayed another night longer! We will deffo be back, thank you so much again!
