Brandon was a lovely host! Any slight issues he was quick to respond in a helpful and respectful manner. The apartment was tidy and well maintained. Close to the airport, this would be a great stay for a small family wanting to see Buffalo, Niagara Falls, or Toronto if they wanted to stay Stateside for lodging

This place was awesome! Just as described. Would absolutely stay here again. Our luggage was delayed and the host was so gracious in helping us get that squared away. So thankful!

This is a place I wholeheartedly recommend — and I’m known to be quite picky about accommodations! The house was even better than the photos: cleaner, more spacious, and overall just lovely. The backyard offered a peaceful retreat, which we really appreciated. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming! A special bonus was their adorable and smart dog — such a sweet presence. It took about 20 minutes to drive to Niagara Falls, and there were grocery stores and restaurants just 5 to 10 minutes away by car, which made everything very convenient. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Niagara!

My stay at this property was absolutely fantastic! The location is super convenient—just a short 30-minute drive from Niagara Falls—which made day trips really easy. The home itself is spacious, cozy, and perfect for a group of four to six. My friends and I had an incredible time relaxing, cooking, and enjoying each other's company. The host, Candy, was outstanding—very responsive, friendly, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Communication was quick and seamless from start to finish. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located getaway near Niagara. We’d definitely love to come back!

We stayed at Greg’s place for 9 nights and it was perfect for our needs. It’s located quite centrally in Buffalo but a car is good to have if you want to go out and about. The driveway is shared with the downstairs apartment but there is street parking. Make sure you check the parking rules - it changes during the week. We didn’t and ended up with a $40 fine - our own fault. The apartment is spacious and comfy enough for a few nights.

Comfy couch and bed. Very clean. Friendly hosts. Off street parking. Backyard for the dogs. Loved the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Cheryl's place was beautiful and welcoming. There was a welcome basket in the kitchen with Niagara water and snacks, a basket in the bathroom with small Kleenex and sanitizer, and a welcome note on a chalkboard with our names. Everything was well stocked. The welcome binder had maps with everything from restaurants to nearby hospitals. When our arrival was delayed, Cheryl turned on extra lights so we could easily find our way. I would caution that the stairs were quite steep for us to get our large suitcases up. My only complaint is when hosts leave a list of checkout cleaning jobs. We had to get up early to catch a flight and had to plan extra time to take sheets off bed and take trash out. If I pay a cleaning fee, I shouldn't have to do the cleaning at 5:15am before checking out. Other than the cleaning checkout requirements, I would HIGHLY recommend Cheryl's place.

Jo was very kind, helpful, easy to communicate with and responsive to our needs. The beds were super comfy and the little "extras" like coffee and a few dinks made the stay enjoyable. Lovely location and had surrounding peaceful and beautiful property. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

I had a great stay here! The host was incredibly communicative and upfront from the beginning, especially about the ongoing construction nearby—which really wasn’t bothersome at all. The space itself is clean, stylish, and well located. The only thing that kept it from being a perfect stay was the lack of essentials toiletries like shampoo conditioner which would have made the visit a bit more convenient. But aside from that, everything else was great and well thought out. Would definitely recommend this spot.

We were in town for a wedding. Was great to have our adult kids in one place with us rather than hotel rooms. Ground level is really nice, cozy and spacious. Kitchen large. Beds were comfortable. Appreciated room darkening curtains. Note that 4th “bedroom” has 0 privacy. It is actually the landing at the top of the stairs. We didn’t need to use it so it was fine. Michele is super responsive.

Phil’s listing was everything it made out to be and more! Beautiful house with lots of room to accommodate everyone, large backyard with private deck, & extremely clean and pleasant to name just a few things. We felt right at home in this great quiet neighbourhood. Phil was very kind, easy to talk to, and responsive. This will be the #1 option for us anytime we are needing a place to stay when we are in the area. I cannot recommend Phil and his booking enough. Thank you for everything!

Three couples spent a weekend in Lisa’s place to attend a concert at Highmark Stadium. The house was perfect for us….included local restaurant recommendations, was very clean and organized and had both a front porch and seating in the back yard where we could enjoy morning coffee or cocktails. I highly recommend to anyone visiting the Orchard Park area. We hope to return soon!

We loved Marks place. My husband and I rented it so we had a place to stay for our daughter’s wedding at Nottinghill Farms this past weekend. Having Marks air BNB allowed us to have the perfect spot to get ready for our daughter’s wedding. Marks home is directly across the street from the venue. It was such a time saver. Our daughter and her bridesmaids were all able to have their hair and makeup done the morning of the wedding. Our hair and makeup ladies loved the lighting in the living room and dining room. The large master closet was the perfect spot for Emily to hang her gown. Thank you Mark for being an amazing host. We told everyone at the reception to definitely rent your place if they chose to have a wedding at Nottinghill Farms. We had several engaged couples who were definitely interested in choosing the same venue for their BIG day. 💕 Diane and Rick Stoll

Taina is lovey and so is her Schoolhouse. She went out of her way to make our stay great. She lives close-by and was quick to respond and came by to introduce herself. We loved the remote location and the privacy. We attended an event at Highmark Stadium which was about 35 minutes away. There are good restaurants and groceries available closer in the surrounding towns. We are a family of 3 and travelled with our Golden Retriever and we all hope to come back soon. Wish i could rate more than 5 stars because 5 stars doesn't even come close to how amazing the stay was. The home was beautiful, the host was super amazing, very fast communication, accommodations were more than expected, and the only negative was how fast the stay flew by! Thank you for hosting us ! Will definitely be back, again!

Pro's: One of the cleanliest Airbnb's we've stayed at, would stay here again. Close to the village, lots of restaurant's, and ice cream! My niece's wedding was at the church ten minuses to the village. Perfect location. Shockingly perfect weather for the wedding. Accommodated six of us easily! The two full bathrooms was perfect. There is a cute Deli on the bottom floor, delicious. Made suggestions to move fans over the beds and to put one in family room. Con: The Deli gets started pretty earlier like 6 am, and we were woken up by all the noise.

Kristin had the house stocked with everything we needed for a short weekend trip to Ellicottville. Great location to walk or take a short drive into town.

MY daughters love the environment because of the calmness. the unit is so neat and tidy. It was a.nice place to stay with all.the amenities. I hope to get the place next time we visit Niagra again. Thanks Shea

Great location and stay

We had such a great stay! The place was so cute and centrally located to access the resort at Holiday Valley and downtown Ellicottville. We loved the fireplace and comfortable living room area - perfect spot to hang out in the evening! And the king bed was SO comfortable! We hope to be back again later this summer and during ski season!

I enjoyed my stay here! The place was clean and pleasant. The bed was comfortable. There’s a private parking lot in the back for guests which was very nice so I didn’t have to park in the street. I would stay here again!

The apartment is conveniently located just minutes from the Falls, but away from all the main traffic and congestion. It was fantastic and made it easy to do all the things we planned. There were lots of other AirBnbers in the area and the community felt incredibly safe, well kept, and easily accessible. This is a great choice.
